I give Dan Rogers credit. He tries to explain why the Cowboys FO operates the way they do and does a decent job.

There is a method to the madness of the Cowboys penny-pinching ways.

As we come down to another contract deadline, the Dallas Cowboys continue to find themselves in another financial standoff with a star player. It’s become such a common thing for this organization and it’s been all anyone’s talking about over the summer. This is the way the front office works. It’s beyond frustrating for fans and it’s a never-ending supply of storylines for the media. This is the Cowboys' way.

The difficult thing to understand about all this is why the front office chooses to operate in this manner.

For years, the Joneses have sat in their suite and watched helplessly as another high-expectation season comes crashing to a halt. They have no control over how the players perform in those games or how the coaches coach. All they can do is provide the best possible roster. And while many disagree with their approach, the front office continues to look for an edge, and like it or not, this remains the Cowboys' way.

He should be kick’s replacement when he retires. Homer.

They are saying even if the Cowboys get the Prescott contract signed that implies a low bar consideration only. What if winning improves with the sum of changes and directions.

Right now for next year's draft:
defensive tackle
running back
linebacker

one prominent free agent next season
We should have used all that $$ and beefed up the team!

Just as easy to homer away the years, trusting in ole Jere.

Almost 30 years and counting. No stat, no $s, no excuse, no argument is relevant. 30. Years.
You don’t make sense. Like I have any control over their record?

Having lived through and very much enjoyed their Cinderella season, I start every season expecting the best outcome. Oh sure, I get grumpy along the way, but I'm not changing teams after 60 years. Go Cowboys

Have you never read one of his posts? Criticizing people who criticize the Cowboys is his top priority in life.
I've read his posts and I get the sunshine but I thought you were specifically calling out that particular post.

Don't fall for that trap, bro.
You're so annoying. Projecting your on insecurities on others is WILD. He's an Eagle fan. They ain't as soft.

You don't truly realize the real price for doing business, not even on a holiday and with things getting cheaper to celebrate.

Simply put, you are always crying and not figuring anything out but losing.

The people that the alleged elite refer to as " hillbillies" is an insult to proud authentic Hillbillies.
Come on out with a Balad now and show some real experience...'There's a hole in the bucket, dear Elizah, there's a hole in the bucket, Elizah my love. Well mend it dear Henry dear Henry, well mend it dear Henry my love. How shall I mend it Elizah, dear Elizah my love. With mud dear Henry my love. How shall I fetch it, Elizah my love. With a bucket, Henry dear Henry my love. Dear Elizah, there's a hole in the bucket.:hammer:
