How to change the culture of this team

SB teams are balanced. We have no balance on offense or on defense. You have to be balanced to go deep in the playoffs or you will be exposed.

The NFL has become a passing League. So we have become a passing team and a passing defense. That will win you many games, but you will be destroyed by a team that can run the ball and has a good pass defense.

It is no that difficult to understand, but it is very difficult to put a well bal fed team together under a salary cap. It takes a real GM to do that.

The only person who can change the culture of the organization is Jerry Jones himself…culture, like leadership has to flow from the top down within the organization.
Jerry is first and foremost a businessman and the Dallas Cowboys are an investment first and football team second. So long as the Cowboys are being discussed by the media and pundits then Jerry is doing his job. Bottom line is that if Jerry was truly committed to winning, it would be obvious by meaningful moves made by the FO…instead they do just enough to give fans the perception they are committed to winning.
