How would Romo do?

Dallas would be in playoff each year with Romo in his prime on this team. The Defense would ultimately prevent them from going really deep in playoffs but a Romo lead offense with those weapons would rival Kurt Warner greatest show on turf.
Lol. Judging by romos history and losses against good teams. It’s obvious you are talking out of your you know what. I love people that make it seem like Romo never had talent around him.

And Romo would break a rib.

Romo had to play with Torin Tucker and the Pettiet kid so he was at least used to poor OL play and was running for his life in his early career. Dak doesn't have that same skill set of throwing on the run and improvising. He needs a clean look and clean pocket, his footwork is poor to begin with so it goes to **** once he has to move. He has wheels and isn't afraid to run but doesn't like to throw on the run generally.

Lol. Daks best attribute is getting out of the pocket and throwing on the run. What are you even talking about?

He didn't do it Sunday? He takes off running for sure but he isn't a good throw on the run guy.

Probably would have thrown a 4th quarter interception to lose the game and go 8-8 this season. Romo did that.
Romo also held on to the ball for far too long trying to make something happen(usually an interception or sack) this offensive line would have gotten Romo killed. We’d be giving Aaron Donald the NFL MVP after week one

The only linemen he had was Flozell Adams. When he went down in 2006, the Cowboys allowed like 46 sacks in 10 games. That like included Gurode, Kozier, Columbo and Rivera (whose back by then was decimated) and all four of them were around when Romo started. All these Dak-stans are delusional talking about the ‘talent’ Romo had. Leonard Davis was basically a bust when he came.

Plus, Garrett brought in Houck and man blocking schemes, and if was only until Callahan came that things changed. Romo also had Garrett’s brother as PG coordinator and that dude was trying to put his pet project Ogletree into the starting line-up. And Juliys Jones loved to run into the backs of OL.

Romo would have absolutely destroyed with the OL he has now, which includes Smith and Martin. Please.. These dudes act like Dak is running for his life all game. Plus, Romo would have known when to change the play at the line.

My God. Just stop.

He's gone. He failed. There is no fantasy world where he gets to win something.

It is like wishing Danny White had better fortune.

Ok I know it's just a dream.. But Romo in his prime could make magic happen. I miss those days, such an exciting player.. I used to get so excited watching him buy time and hit a deep pass. Just don't see it in Dak.

This is a cowboys forum. Romo was a cowboy. If you don't like the thread, go to another one.

Romo would do well with these receivers. Romo was really good at back shoulder throws.

I would love to see Gallup catching them over and over. I think he would have better highlights than Dez. Or a bunch of good ones like Dez

How would Romo in his prime have done last Sunday against the Rams?
Romo would have either a broken back or concussion because this would be one of the worst offensive lines he ever played with. Remember he got injured with his best line 2015 and then was injured in the preseason in 2016. Prime Romo would have sucked because Witten is not on this team.

Romo in 2014 was having an MVP level year. 6th highest season QB rating ever at the time.

Romo unfortunately had his best tools his first season starting, with Owens, Witten, and Glenn. Look at what those 2014 guys did w/o Romo.

If he was here Dak would still be the starting quarterback because Romo's body would've broken down with this offensive line on Sunday.
