Better odds that Dak is off the team then Lance

The only question with Lance is how much and how long. As is Lance cannot command a large salary unless He gets playing time and has success. Then His price will raise but maybe only into the 28 - 31 million range. If he plays out of his mind it might go into the 38 - 40 million range for 5 years which will be a bargain as QB salaries will continue to rise
I agree. Better odds Dak chooses to be a FA.

He did not want to commit to that option. , which would have been stupid based on Lance's play thus far. Which does not mean He will not offer Lance another contract

I said he was enamored because of the comment Jerry said about 49ers giving up 3 1st Rd picks for lance. Jerry is excited to have Lance on the team
jerry acts excited. he has to. he made the trade and now has to justify it.

Why not pick up his 5th year option?

Did he commit to giving him 95% of the preseason snaps?

If GM Jethro can see why the Niners gave up 3 first round picks, why is he still QB3?

Dak was only a 4th round pick. Why Trance not starting??!
5th year was $25 million. As a Trey Lance self proclaimed expert with a bias. You should have known that. Unless you did, and chose to ignore that part.

The entire world knows Trance needs and lacks playing experience. Sitting on the bench watching is not playing experience. QB3 gets little to zero reps during the week of an NFL season.

So please explain how he develops???
The same way Romo, Love and Rogers developed, I'm guessing.

Rush is a solid QB for the Cowboys. He is limited physical but makes up for it with his knowledge of the system. What's wrong with having him as the backup while having the developmental QB as the 3rd string
Nothing at all....the only thing wrong here is people's refusal to....as dak said...move on.

Weirdly so. It's how sports works. People come and go...all the time....no guarantees.

Romo played in HS and in College.

As a senior in HS, Romo set school and conference records for completions with 258 in 407 attempts for 3,418 yards. Trance had 46 completions as a Senior.

the film breakdown explains everything.

Jerry loves Lance.
facts > agendas

This is why it is pointless to argue with those with their own agenda, how could you look at that breakdown and conclude he has 0% chance of putting it together? He makes at least 3 throws that Rush could only dream of making, and that dropped touchdown I'm not sure how many starting QBs could throw that any better, and he made that exact throw in training camp, but Tolbert pulled it in, so it is in his arsenal. Despite the 5 ints, that last game is what sold me on his potential.

Ok. He has a 1% chance. Feel better.

And your point is what? He is in the NFL, and he has the same opportunity to develop as Romo did.
