This season is the 30th season since the 1994 season ended. The 1995 season through the 2024 season is 30 seasons.

It wasn't that long ago that people would say the same thing about AJ Brown being the key to the Eagles winning.
Sad reality is they are a pretty good football team right now.
The irony is everyone thought they (Eagles) could be horrible this year with their losing streak last year and perhaps some internal issues, and everyone thought the Cowboys would be atop the division this year.

You’ll recall Jalen Hurts made it to a Super Bowl without Barkley. Barkley is counting on Hurts to be able to get there again. Not the other way around.

He outplayed Mahomes minus the fumble, hardly a choke job. The D couldn’t get a stop. Hurts is a game manager but he seems to play well in big games.

He has a fantastic defensive line and had one of the best offensive lines in football. He just choked .Screw the eagle.

If you think he choked you just don’t know football. The D didn’t get a stop the entire second half. They gave up 17 points in the 4th quarter and you want to say Hurts choked? Hate the Eagles all you want at least base it in reality.

I know more about this game than you’ll ever know. Jalen hurts gave that game away. He tried too hot at the end and panicked and choked. He had to be the game winner and he just didn’t have it in him.

Eagles have a great defensive line no doubt. I think Baltimore blew that game by missing field goals. That would’ve forced Jalen to win it rather than put the game in Barkley’s hands. It would’ve been a different game don’t know who would’ve won, but it would’ve been different.

But they don’t suck. That’s the one thing you can’t admit. This fan base would kill to have a FO like the eagles who’s accountable, admits mistakes, and fixes them aggressively.
They realized Wentz was breaking down, boom gone. And then rebuilt a SB roster while the cowboys stayed around the rim.

Honestly, I don't keep up with every move the team makes off season, and due to what I can watch on Sundays, reality is I'm limited to what I see on Sundays per TV.
That said, given that the Boys finished 12-5 last year, other than that stinker with Green Bay in the first round, and given the fact that Philly had that huge drop off at the end of the season losing all their games, added it seemed that internally they had some issues within the team, I'm in the delusional brain dead category camp because I honestly thought that the Cowboys would improve this year.
The only thing I can really put my finger on why the Cowboys stay stagnant is due to the owner being the GM.
I get the fact that one could argue that Dak sucks and can't push the team over the hump, but one could also argue that the team isn't really trying to help Dak have the weapons he needs, including an offensive line. All that said, if Cooper beats the Bengals, Buc's and Eagles and the commodes again with pretty much the same team (or perhaps worse with injuries), it will be apparent to everyone that perhaps Dak is part of the issue and man, that deal with Dak that was screwed up from the beginning really looks like a work of art.
That said, the cowboys are still the most valuable team in the NFL, and it really seems that's whats most important to the owner. I'm a dumb guy but learn from my mistakes, and there is NO WAY you can tell me that the most valuable football team in the world can't compete with the salary cap like all the other teams do (less the Giants and Browns of course LOL).
