It is pretty clear at this point that he has done everything he can do.

This team has talent.

That much is clear.

We continue to make the unexplicable mistakes. The penalties.

We do not have smart players. Nor do we have leaders who can help those who are not smart become smarter.

It is very easy to blame coaching.

But when you flounder and lose to inferior teams simply because the players don't make plays, what is the real problem?

Only one play call was terrible...The two point conversion.

We kick the extra point...we win!

It's only the ignorant people that blame the coach/qb.

The QB played well today so they don't know of anyone else to blame but the coach.

They're ignorant and they always will be. Don't bother with them.

The play calling didnt cause Roy to drop an easy interception or cause TO to drop a sure fire TD. Play calling didnt get the game winning FG blocked.

Its very easy to blame the coaching because the players are a reflection of the coaching. We make too many penalties...obviously we're not very disciplined.
We can't make a play when it counts, because the coaching is too tentative.
Bill Parcells is EXACTLY the person to blame.
The only thing he's done right this year has been to bench Bledslow.
Other than that, Parcells needs fired. Losses like this are inexcusable, esp with our talent level.
I firmly believe that Sean Payton would have us sitting at 7-1.

I feel sorry for Parcells too. I cant imagine him coming back next year to this. Our team is so freakin Bi-polar. I don't know what our problem is anymore.

I do agree with you there that was a horrible decision that early in the game.

That is precisely what I want to know. I posted in another thread that the solution(s) escape me. And that is the scary part. How do you make guys not drop interceptions, not false start, not grab facemasks, not kick FGs too low, not hold, not pass interfere, etc? Just unbelievable. The warriors are Romo, JuJo, MBIII, D-Ware, Witten and McBriar (most of the time). Everyone else needs to look in the mirror. Seriously.

That wasn't even a safety. That was yet ANOTHER screw up by the refs. Look at the replay. JuJo lands ON marshall, then reaches OVER the goalline.

This is easily one of the top 3 worst officiated games I've ever seen. Period.

And the officiating is getting worse every year. Pretty soon we'll be on par with the freakin' NBA.

Witten isn't much of a warrior.

You can count on him for a penalty a game. At least.

And as for as much fawning as there is over Newman and Williams on this board, they contribute their fair share when we lose as well.

best thread today...there are no Darren Woodson's or Emmit Smith's on this team...what's sad is we have given long term money to guys who do not want the title of team leader...I think Bradie James has it in him...but who is the guy on the offenseive line who says..."look guys, it's 3rd and 1...we can't let Barber get hit in the backfield...we can't let Jones get thrown for a safety"

It wasn't good.

But most highly charged divisional games are not.

I certainly hope your intent isn't to blame this loss on poor officiating.

why feel sorry for Parcells? he's being paid almost 6 million a yr, and every yr we see the same crap from him...he's been the biggest (no pun intended) bust we've ever had

he has done a good job of adding talent, but he has surrounded himself with a terrible coaching staff and collectively they've done an awful job, especially on defense

yeah, Parcells tells the players to drop passes/INTs, not to sustain their blocks on FG attempts

and BP preaches about limiting mistakes, he lives and breathes playing smart football, it's obvious the players aren't receiving the message, and aren't applying it
