Are you Romo's mom?

Sanchez looked great on that clutch pick he threw to Ball. Of course Ball let it bounce off of his facemask so Sanchez is awesome. If we can run the ball in from the 2 we win. If we don't get a punt blocked, we win. Romo deserves som blame but he was a big reason we were ahead.

I swear to God we have the ****in dumbest fans ever. I don't even recognize 2/3ds of these user names. The only silver lining to this thread is it let's me wear out the ignore button. ****in jokes of fans...we were supposed to get destroyed by a team that played n the Afc Championship. & we had the game won but for CORRECTABLE mistakes & u all throw our qb under the bus? Dumb *****.

It all started with his fumble. At the very least, we get a field goal and a two possession lead.

The blocked punt was horrible too. But we still had a chance and then Romo throws a strike...to Revis. He has no business throwing that pick, Dez was covered inside and out.

Before tonight, I thought Jets would win in a blowout. The D played better than I thought.

Bottomline, we go as Tony goes. He has to eliminate those errors. The fumble was bad, but I liked his effort. However, the Revis pick is concerning.

I believe Romo is a good quarterback. The issue is....when it comes to having the heart to pull out a win...Romo is just not a winner. Been a problem since day 1.

Yeah, nevermind the 300+ yard and 2td performance against one of the most elite defenses in the league, let's focus on a fluke fumble when the guy is doing his all to try to make a play for us to seal the deal. I can understand being upset at the INT at the end, but to blame Romo 100% for the flukey turn of events that also included a blocked punt for a TD is ridiculous.

Without Romo we wouldn't have even been in the position to win the game and up 14pts in the 4th...Romo owns some of this loss for sure, but to make such a knee-jerk reaction after all that happened is ridiculous.

This is why Romo will forever endure himself to some of the Cowboys faithful.

He doesn't have to be flawless; however, some situations during games are more important than others. That's just the way it is. And quarterbacks are judged by how well they perform in these critical situations.

Seems they can't coach Romo to stop doing this same thing over and over

Yeah exactly...he can't make ANY mistakes or it's game over for this team and it's unfair to blame it all on him. He put up HUGE numbers against the best D in the league with no defense and zero running game.

And despite no running game, we were doing pretty well. Knowing that, Romo can't make those mistakes. He just can't.

you dont watch many cowboy games do you!!! ROmo constantly commits key turnovers time after time....who cares if his QB rating is 103 and he throws for 40000 in a game, it's the key plays by the quarterback that costs you football games and Romo caused two key bone headed plays, once again at the wrong time

That Romo INT really saved Garrett from so much wrath...he's not gonna get nearly enough heat for his crappy play calling because everyone is gonna be talking about Romo.

How the hell am i even supposed to defend romo as a fan? If some Jet fan says "LOL SANCEZ>>>>>ROMO" how am i supposed to say he's wrong?

It's getting harder and harder every year.

Romo's 4th quarter play resembled Jake Delhomme, the real Rex Grossman and Favre's later years in GB.

Nobody else does it like these guys.

Thats right, he can no longer make mistakes in the redzone or hand the other team the game winning field goal with under a minute to play. If you think doing those things for a 6th straight year is acceptable then good for you. I don't and I'm done with the big tease Tony Romo!

EVERY situation is huge on this team because THERE'S NO DEFENSE. He literally has to be perfect or we can't win. It's BS.

lol at ANYONE blaming the defense. They gave up 17 points and basically scored a touchdown. They gave the offense multiple chances to win the game. Romo and the offense blew it. About ten things had to go wrong/fail for us to lose, and they all did. None of it was because of the defense

Because Ben is a winner 2 time superbowl champ he isn't know for making bad plays at critcal moments.

Rivers won you get a pass when you win.

Ryan lost but his M.O isnt' for tossing ints.

also football is about when you do things. Romo turns the ball over and has a history of doing this at critcal moments in the game.. the guys above don't.

Even Romo just said it was a dumb decision and he lost the game. Said if he didn't make the bad plays the Cowboys win, but someone will still continue to defend him. Just watch.

Never ceases to amaze me what the cult of Romo is willing to excuse.

People demand accountability all offseason yet when the blame falls on Romo it's back to making excuses

Bull. In key situations he turned over the damn ball. There was too many chances for him to close out this game and he didn't.

Exactly.

Just being good for most of the game doesn't get it. He (Romo) has to be good at the end. He can't continue to make these mistakes and be considered an elite quarterback.

Dallas fans get upset when you say Romo isn't clutch, or he's not among the top 5 quarterbacks in the league. But he doesn't get consideration because of situations like this.

Is it fair? No.

But is it what he has to assume if he's the quarteback for the Cowboys? Yes.
