What happened to him?
I have not the foggiest, Coach.

RGV said that he may be taking a break during the holidays, so maybe that.

I personally think that he is pissed off at CZ for whatever it was that happened.

Yeah, he blocked it right around the time his timeout ended.

I miss my brother Jack

Just makes this season that much worse.

@haleyrules come back brother!!!!!!!
I Miss him too. I wish he'd come back. I think he blocked everything on his profile page. I don't even know what happened.

Well the snow was a falling in VA and WV today...... Picked a wild time to come back to work as a pizza delivery person until my foot completely heals..... It pains me to say some people are completely ruthless to delivery drivers. People with AWD and 4x4 trucks did not go out to get dinner but expected a lowly driver to take out a front wheel drive and deliver on icy roads. Then complain it took 30-40 minutes and tip 6-9% Had 3 stiffs today. Got to love it. Anyhow if all is well I should be back to managing casual dinning or sports bars soon enough. Just needed a vote of confidence and know I could handle 50 hrs a week again. Getting there. Did 39 hrs this week.Though most likely 20 hrs was still sitting on my bum.... lol

I will say I have a new found respect for the delivery drivers out there. To get in and out of a vehicle all day long and drive in all kinds of weather with crappy gas prices. The next I order anything there will be a healthy tip for whoever delivers it. Anyhow enough of all that. How is the beer drinking crew? Drunk I hope. If not have another with me..... Miss you guys. Not off again til Tuesday.

Oh the good old days !!

Did I just witness a pass over 30 yards? Oh those were the days....... Now we are settling for 15 passes with the possibility of 50 yards with yards after catch. The worst part of that is Tony didn't really have that strong an arm. His accuracy is what made him lethal. Well most of the time that is. Being a gunslinger has it's drawbacks..... Great collection of Romo's touchdowns. Thank you kind Sir.

What makes it worse is we saw the Dez we all know and love..... If both Dez and Dak are really serious on getting their crap together, why not meet in the off time and really work on their patterns? I'm sure a Cb is willing to learn and practice with them.

It shocks me that so many professionals think that training is only during mandated times that are scheduled. I have been a food server and wine specialist for 20+ years. I still go to wine tastings, lectures, and create times to hang out with my server buddies to drink and gossip on how to get better as a team. We do that and get paid between $2.13 an hour in VA and $9.00 an hour in Vegas. Regardless of tips, which is good by the way, we don't come close to the millions made by these knuckleheads. What value can you put on forming a great sync in your off time? Just sickens me the way people are not willing to work on their craft outside of scheduled practices.

Dak and Tony always worked out together, even after practice. My players would do it all year, but I had my staff on their butts to do it. Maybe our staff isn't doing that.

Thanks! Don't feel bad, I used to work 90 a week for 16 weeks during football season and another months during spring ball.

See my point exactly. So Dak does have the discipline. Wonder if losing Romo speaks for the falloff? Well it involves more than just Dak, but you get my point. Would be nice if a WR and a CB joined in to replicate real time situations.

Anyhow I am glad you did such with your students of the game. All year long is honing your craft. I think most would be better in doing such no matter the occupation.

Yeah luckily while in Vegas and part of the Culinary Union, my hours in such allowed for free seminars and lectures. I took Master Wine 1 and 2 which were $4,000 courses each. My hours with the Union working at casinos paid for such. Also opened the doors to expensive wine tastings as well. It's all about maximizing your resources. If you are willing to be a better student, the info is out there for you. I will say there is nothing like tasting a 1986 Cabernet valued at over $12,000 a glass, then seeing them explain the aged beef it should go with. Or learning a cheap but quality Chardonnay that makes the pallet pop with flavor when trying a delicate seafood selection. I can now work at a 4 diamond restaurant and say, "How about you order your meal, and I shall pick out the perfect wine to work within your selection." 9-10 times not only do I get complemented on my selections, but tipped heavily for it. Sadly it is a lost art in VA but when I get my health back in order, I will go back to Washington DC and start making real money again.

As far as Dak is concerned, he was a forth rounder. While Romo was much later, it really takes time to gel and become one with your craft. Dak got thrown to the wolves his first year, but did commendable with a top notch offense. Now that there is game footage on him, this year was not nearly as good. Rather he learns from this or not, really will say what kind of QB he really is. Can't live off the 1st season where no one knew how you played. Now that teams got time to study him, he is on even footing and they see him for what he can and can't do. Next year will truly explain rather he is learning or living off the hype of the 1st season. I truly hope he is hitting the game film after this season.
