Sadly after breaking my foot I tried coming back too soon and just wasn't ready..... They offered me a 3 month medical leave which I took..... But needed money right away, so delivery boy now.... You got to pay the bills somehow....

Edema real bad. Wearing compression socks to keep the swelling down but still looks like a football. Bones are in place and fine, but just can't seem to catch a break with this swelling ordeal. Poo happens I guess.... lol

Take some magnesium supplements and soak feet in epson salt every night. Thank me in a couple weeks

All this talk of my foot, I feel bad for Rev.... Going through some tough times with his mother..... Good to hear she is coming home soon. Would like to send best wishes for him and his family. Just don't know him very well so waited til tonight to say such. Seems you guys had his back yesterday.... Kind words from all of you..... Awesome showing from the beer crew.....

Yeah I really cut out a lot of the frozen dinners I was eating and started to make most of my meals from scratch but this week I am hitting 50+ hours so guess what I have been eating mostly?

You guessed it... Pizza, Meatball and Italian Subs. So lots of Carbs and Salt. Amazing how much salt is added to dough and marinara. At least I stayed away from the cream based pastas and the 5 sticks of butter per serving....

To be clear, I like Ranching and normally, I prefer to delete posts rather than bench anyone. In fact, I hate giving out warnings and usually let a lot of things go most other people wouldn't. That said, there are lines you don't cross, if for no other reason than just being respectful to other people. In this case, he crossed the line .. twice.

That is a terrible diet for that. Salt is your enemy and exercise is your friend. If you keep that up, edema will be a reoccurring problem. Salads while at work man, salads!

It was just a huge over-reaction to something that really wasn't even about him. I deleted several posts in a thread, most were from several months ago, to clean it up and one or two of those 20+ posts removed were his. I can only assume by his reaction he thought he was targeted, but that wasn't the case. In fact, I don't even usually pay attention to whose posts I'm deleting when I'm cleaning up a thread so I end up deleting my own posts and staff posts at times without even realizing it unless someone points it out. In this case, I didn't even know I deleted any of his posts until I saw his offensive comments.

Sorry to hear..... I do understand though.... You guys had me dead to rights posting a few songs I was trying so hard to screen. I even posted about that as a warning but after they were deleted, a good description was explained and did exactly what I was trying to do as well..... It got the backing from staff to check them out, just don't post them in CZ.

We don't always like the rules we have to enforce. I know that I and many of the staff are not easily offended by a lot of things. Everyone thinks because we keep this site "family friendly" that we're all G-rated people and that's definitely not the case. We keep the site family friendly because most of the rest of the internet that involves user discussions is not, and that means that sometimes we have to keep things off the site we really wish we could leave up.
