Good news, like any of you care, i reunited the calf and mom. Had to literally carry the calf across to the other pasture. Mom was pissed, she'll get over it, its her first calf.
What's that bring the head count of the herd up to Mr. Chisholm? ;)

We're at about 19. Gotta sell a few next month. We have 4 calves that are under 6 weeks olds.
Copy, thanks!
Sounds like a lucrative side thing you got going on coach even if it's just beef in the freezer, sell half/quarter beeves to friends family,,, one more question: how much pasture acres? 5-10? Or are you daily feeding?

I have 10, my neighbor has another 10. He takes care of the herd. I went in with him about 3 years ago. We pretty much split the deal

I'd like to visit LA again. My dad used to work on the strip back in the 50's. He worked at the Moulin Rouge and Ciro's. Got to meet some big stars back in the day.

Don't think so, is that like soy sauce?

no, satay sauce is a mixture of stuff.
they often have appetizers like beef satay or chicken satay.
they grill it on a stick after the meat is marinated in the sauce.

did u have pad thai noodles?
that is another common favorite
