Not sure 'looting' falls within that unless it's federal or state sanctioned,,, the castle doctrine/ stand your ground,,, is a good one
Rape or to prevent rape,arson of occupied structures,,,, it's really kinda limitedo_O

Goodell is going after current Cowboys, past Cowboys so I figure us fans are next. No telling what he'll dig up. I sometimes have had a lead foot but that was in my youth.
 
Sure hope Jack is good, that quake probably took some satellite uplink towers down,or something!
