We're going to pay 3 players well over 100 million dollars per season when there's a salary cap. We're just going to get worse doing this not better. What is the point?

Trade Micah for multiple first round picks and don't extend Dak. Go ahead and pay CeeDee. Micah wears down as the season goes on, one day he'll lost his burst and he'll be an overbloated terrible contract.
then that'll give us something more to talk about once this happens!!!!

So you're happy with early playoff exits. Cool. People need to stop being afraid of the unknown and be okay with jettisoning what clearly isn't working. It's the only way to move forward and fix what's broke.

Micah should be a LB, period. Otherwise he wears down during the season. He's not built to be anything else.
Ceedee I'm okay with paying at the moment, but not overpaying.
Dak should be (but won't be) a post June 1 cut. Sadly, Jerry will likely extend the choker but what can we do?
He'll be even more over worked by running around playing LB

There's no reason to think Micah will slow down over the life of the next contract.

I would keep CeeDee for sure. I'm all in on cashing our lotto ticket in Micah and building this thing. I think we move on from Dak too and draft a QB and see what we have in Lance. This group has had their chances and it didn't work out. Some players just don't shine when it matters most. Bulk up on draft picks and build a winner...just like we did in the 90's.

I think DQ got too comfortable with Parsons at DE mainly LDE. Should have moved him around more and used him as a blitzer from different areas while using 4 other Dlinemen

Dak and CeeDee you have no choice. Micah would be a hard NO from me...

YOU CAN'T JUST LET DAK GO   Unless you just want to throw next season away. And take a 60 million dollar cap hit! Be realistic -please......

I'm on the fence.

Micah wears down because he's a LB playing DE. So many of us said this would happen.

Ceedee: Depends on what he wants. 30 mil WR's keeps you from the super bowl.

Tough situation w/ Dak.

its only tough if you are under the illusion Dak gets better with age.

There is no question its time to move on, if you dont you just waste time. Time is not a friend to any athlete anymore.

Id rather do 4 years looking for a qb to go into the future with , than 4 years of a Qb i know what he cant do.

There is no question you move on at this point.

Yeah, everyone wants to keep their fav, but ask yourself if paying Ceedee 30 mil/season would really be a good step to winning a super bowl.

To you and me, sure. However, it's just not that simple. It is very tough to move on from a QB.

sadly we have no choice

let me rephrase that, the Jones boys want to keep him because the money rolls in

if you want to succeed, you have to move on. we know where teh Jones boys priorities are
