I think I'm against paying Micah, CeeDee and Dak

We're going to pay 3 players well over 100 million dollars per season when there's a salary cap. We're just going to get worse doing this not better. What is the point?

Trade Micah for multiple first round picks and don't extend Dak. Go ahead and pay CeeDee. Micah wears down as the season goes on, one day he'll lost his burst and he'll be an overbloated terrible contract.
You sign lamb, extend dak, wait on parsons to see how 2024 is going. If you think you can make a run you keep him if your not than you trade him at the deadline for best deal you can get

This is exactly why you have to make a decision. The constant for 8 years has been Dak. If it were me I'm paying CeeDee and possibly Micah. If Micah wants 35 million a year i'm not paying him that either.

Parsons and Lamb I'm good with paying. I am good with moving on from Dak instead of paying him again. Draft a QB and give Trey a shot. Worse case we don't make playoffs in 2024 not a lot different from this year really.

Agree with thus 100%. Ceedee is the only one that doesn't and hasn't gone AWOL in the biggest games.

It's the most sensible and logical approach therefor we know Jerry won't do it

"The Bears acquired [Khalil] Mack via trade with the Oakland Raiders for a 2019 first-round pick, 2020 first-round pick, 2020 third-round pick and 2019 sixth-round. Shortly after they traded for him, they inked Mack to a new, record-setting deal."

It’s not the 90’s. There’s a salary cap now. The JJs didn’t have to even close to the constructions they current teams have from salary cap to player control to practice times to union stranglehold.

It’s like us back in the 90s talking about the 1950s
You missed my whole point. We can still get a lot of draft picks and build a solid team.

Any good team should be open to trading any and all players. You don't have to make the trade if you don't like the compensation but you also shouldn't passup an opportunity to fleece a desperate team.

He’s just a few lbs lighter than watt and much faster. He wears down because we use him wrong. Watt drops in coverage lots so the line doesn’t know who’s rushing as easily. A 3/4 with micah would work I think
Thanks, I appreciate the insight.
If we keep using him the wrong way, we will burn him out early.
A big long term contract will bite us in the butt.

You must think that Tom Brady was easily replaceable with another white guy that looked like Tom Brady as long as the coaching was great.
What the hell are you even talking about?
If I get it right, you think this was on one player. Which is totally ridiculous. An average team scores 48 points on us. And you want to blame a quarterback LMAO.

I want everyone to take a moment and applaud this amazing work before I destroy him. If it’s the coaches how did dak go through three offensive coordinators and multiple elite players on offense? If it’s the coaches does this mean it’s their fault dak can hit a barn door or anticipate a pass. Is it there fault he too dumb to throw it away. First quarter comment is comical bc he got the ball five times in first quarter, two of those were on him bc he threw two interception in five minutes. This also goes to show that you have short term memory problems bc defense wasn’t a problem when they held San Fran to 19 pts last year and dak couldn’t get it done then or the year before. Sorry you are out of excuses and please do us all a favor and whirlwind yourself out of here and take homeboy dak with you
What elite players did he go through. Cooper LMAO does Bryant joke.

Parsons & CeeDee are must resigns. Dak should have been cut already or told to stay away until June 1st cuts.

Trade Ceedee and Micah, let Dak play out his final year and start retooling the roster to resemble a run focused, physical team football team on both sides of the ball.

I’d sign him long term because he’s an elite player at a position really hard to get elite players. But he is used wrong by just lining him up on a tackle. He needs to be in the middle more, in coverage some and moving around all the time.

For other positions maybe. The QB market is screwball and against what anyone who has a clue in business would tell you. 2nd tier(and worse) QBs are being paid at top tier prices. If you're going by market, then the QB's should be getting what their talent level indicates. Including playoff success.

So, I do not agree that the market is the market.
The thing is that’s the market. QB’s are over paid. But a lot of the reason is they are so hard to get. A top 15 player at the position is gonna get paid way more than we feel he should but that’s because someone will pay it. You have 32 teams who all know a QB is the most important thing to have so that drives the market.
