In terms of whether or not it makes sense to add players or sell players. If we are 4-3, then maybe it makes sense to try to add a Guard and/or a RB in a trade and sign a NT to plug some holes. If we are 3-4 after this game, then we should sell players.
Basic economics lol

The pivotal point of the season came before it even started--when the football people in the front office did nothing to improve a team that pooped itself in the playoffs and in fact actually made it worse.

Why would you want an average team who gets throttled by any team above .500 to sneak into the playoffs? They would only be the annual sacrificial lamb they have always been for the last 28 years.

A low stress, high score blowout/confidence booster game for any aspiring team let alone a real contender on their journey to round 2 of the playoffs.
