I think we hired the wrong coach

Kellen was just a cog. Philly and Hurts were in the SB just 2 years ago before Kellen showed up. The GM built that team. Dominant OL and D. Def line got constant pressure just rushing 4. And the Eagles dont just rely on a star edge rusher. Both DEs and DTs can get to the QB and stop the run.
I think Kellen called a better game than Andy Reid did last night and Reid is regarded as one of the best offensive minds ever. It was like Reid forgot he had a decent running game.

He better start caring about us because the luster on his team is starting to diminish.
I’m with you. I really don’t think he is going to be able to sell this mess (himself) for much longer.

For now it looks like one bad year after three playoff seasons but most can see what’s coming without drastic change in philosophy. Even then it’ll likely be tough.

I'm doing my utmost to keep my interest in this team and its admittedly slim chances to have some success in the coming year ahead.
I don't relish being a hapless fool for trying this hard to remain such an optimistic sucker for having hopes for this organization's future.
Nevertheless, there's always a lingering hope for something, anything, to occur that renders being a fan of this team faintly worthwhile!

we dunno if Kellen will have the luxury of a brilliiant front office management of a Philly Eagles or Detroit Lions ..
and we dunno what his incoming coaching staff is gonna be like , or be equally successful as those previously mentioned teams.

And we have to see if Kellen will become a leader of men vs a mere X's and O's OC guy.

I was surprised we selected Schottenheimer as head coach but I am warming up to it. I find the coaching staff we have acquired staff thus far quite intriguing and it gives me some hope that we can get out of the mediocrity rut, that particularly culminated in an abysmal season of failure.

Hurts is a smart player who understands what the team expects him to do. He is fast enough to make plays with his legs, great game manager. The defense stole the show.
Agree! I just don't want some people to get the stupid idea that Dak could of done that if he were on the Eagles. Chiefs would of sacked Dak 10 times and caused that Deer in the headlights look.

i'd rather have schottenheimer than kellen moore.
glad it worked out how it did.
good luck to him in new orleans.
good luck to us.
go☆cowboys.

I think i saw where 2 plays Jaylen threw the ball for more than 30 yards you take away those 60 yards and his 220 Passing goes down to 160 yards passing + 75 yards rushing. that Defense won them the game he did not deserve the MVP of the game..
The old "take away a couple (critical) plays" to prove your theory trick eh?

Anyone Jerry Jones would hire is the wrong coach ........ there is only one lord of the star ...... and he does not share power.

Get real! lol Moore doesn’t have near the talent in New Orleans he had with Philly. He won’t have the QB or RB he had with Philly or the number one defense. He did nothing with the Chargers the previous season.
Who does.
How often 1st time NFL head coaches take over a SB team. Usually it’s a team that sucked… whole reason they were looking for a new coach.

Chargers were ranked 18th offense with Moore.
They made the play-offs this season and were ranked 20th before getting trucked in the playoff game, in large part because their QB crapped his pants.

i can now see the next Payton (Kellen) winning a Saints Superbowl in the near future....

Jaylen Hurts is hot garbage as a QB and he's tearing up the Chiefs Defense.
Hurts has a great defense and a elite running back to cover for him.
Same things that made it easier for kellen more.

Some here are giving Moore way too much credit for Philly’s success. They win the SB and now all of a sudden we made a mistake not hiring him.

So team sucked was the Coaches fault.

Did Mahomes crap his pants, just curious???
