I think we hired the wrong coach

We hired the wrong coach and it has nothing to do with Kellen Moore. Schotty is the most uninspiring HC hire Jerry has made. It’s resulted in the fan base being even more deflated especially with Philly dominating the SB yesterday.

Kellen Moore coached Dak against the Chiefs and the end result was 3 FGs. Hurts is better than Dak will ever be. And Barkley had 50 yards rushing on 25 carries. That offense was all on Hurts. Don't let your hate blind you to a solid QB who performed well in the biggest stage.

KM was the beneficiary of being in a loaded team. Didn't matter much what he called. Kinda hard to make the wrong call when you have hurts, 26, Smith,Goddert, Brown, and the best line in football. Let's see if he turns back into a pumpkin down in New Orleans. My money says yes he will, in about 2 years folks will be calling for him to be fired. That team is a dumpster fire in the making. It's not for the meek.

Qak slips further down every year. He's closer to 20 than he ever was as top 5.
Would you take him over Burrow, Allen, Mahomes, Jackson, Murray, Stroud, Daniels, Stafford, Goff, Purdy, Darnold, Herbert, Love, Nix, Tua, Rodgers, Hurts, or Cousins?

Yeah, we can have arguments over Tua's injuries, the young guys lack of experience, or whatever else you can think of, but on physical and mental tools those players do what Qak never will.

Hurts is a smart player who understands what the team expects him to do. He is fast enough to make plays with his legs, great game manager. The defense stole the show.

Agreed. Hurts was pretty bad very early on in his career, mainly because Philly was kind of in transition mode from the Wentz era in many aspects, coaching and roster wise. He also fell off a cliff last year to end the year and that Tampa playoff game. But Hurts has played very well in both his Super Bowl appearances. He's improved a ton in his career. He's now forever a champion. And I seriously doubt this will be his last appearance. I would pencil in Philly as the SB favorites for next year. They have no weaknesses right now. KC right now has much more, starting with their putrid OL.

This Philly team is setup for success. They won't be a fluke that fizzles out and is never heard of again. I mean, they were just here 2 years ago.

He was never “pretty bad”. His record as a starter, regular season plus playoffs, is 52-23. He’s been the Eagles starter for four full seasons. He’s never lost more games than he won in any season since he took over at QB1.

They just line up and run it at you.

He tore up the Chiefs defense because he plays behind the best O-Line in football + Saquon & AJ Brown, combined with the best Defense in football.

It's almost an exact blueprints of the Cowboys in the 90s. Number one defense. Number one offensive line in the league. Dominant rushing game. Aikman did not have to win many games by passing only. The Eagles were the perfect built team against a team like the Chiefs.
