Jenkins has not been lighting the world up in Oakland and if memory serves me correct, there were not a lot of teams that were lining up the door to sign him either. I will stick with Claborne. It is only his 2nd yr.. We should have gotten rid of Dez because he did do too much his first two yrs. in the league either (sarcasm).

Many here jumped on the I hate Mike Jenkins a year ago. Now he is gone and we are stuck with a wonderlic ****** that simply stinks..... Claiborne has been benched and Jenkins is in Oakland where he is laughing.

We should have kept Jenkins. His second year resulted in a Pro Bowl performance. He was very much a shut down CB. His third year, he struggled. I really think we should have kept him, and right now I think most of you do too. Cue the guy that knows the liquor store clerk, maybe you know more than I do....

We moved up in the draft for a need we didn't have, and ignored needs we actually did.

I didn't notice any problems with his tackling the year he played the entire season after seperating his shoulder multiple times. He was our best tackling CB that season, in fact.

He made a mistake and a "business decision" one time.. let's all get over it and stop pretending it defines his career.

No, it wasn't just one time, it was multiple times he did that. Please don't pretend you are the only one who watches the Cowboys play.

He made two extremely idiotic business decisions.

1. (GB) James Jones run.
2. (NYG) Derrick Ward run - no longer available on yt. The worst of the two and I wouldn't be surprised if Jenkins, he had a hand in having it taken down. The video was affectionately and appropriately titled "the reason why girls can't play football".

To give up on Claiborne right now would be stupid. CB is one of the harder postions to play in the NFL. It takes time to adjust. Jenkins was a head case.
