I waited until we won before posting this

I know most of us are out of our minds right now.

So I just want to say something.

The most valuable player for this season is Jerrah Jones.

The leader of the pack.

His Cooper trade saved our season.

His firing of the OL coach at the Bye Week and elevating Columbo the position..

Plus bringing in Hudson Houck to assist changed everything.

The offense stabilized and won us games often late in the 4th Qts.

Of course Zeke is Zeke..

and DAK is DAK..

but our GM pulled some magic out of his 10 Gallon hat this season so far.

It took some time, and probably cutting back on the sauce some, but I think Jerry may have learned a few things along the way.

Did Amari Cooper really save our season? The offense is still horrific with him.

I mean, one could argue he single handedly beat the eagles, but other than that his only other real good game was vs a Washington team we should have beat regardless. In 6 of the 8 games since acquiring Cooper he’s got 30 catches for 297 yards and 1 td. Pretty much 5 catches for 50 yards a game...

It’s the D that has saved this team. So I guess if you want to give Jerry credit for hiring Richard and some of these draft picks...then sure, go Jerry

Jones does look good because of the Cooper trade. But the MVP of the season is Zeke. Zeke is taking a beating this year, but he still keeps it going. He has put this team on his back and carried them to the playoffs. Go Cowboys!

So would you rather him not admit a mistake and continue going down the same path or realize he made a mistake and fix it?
He hasn't realized the Linehan or Garrett mistake yet. But, to answer your question, I would love for him not to go down the same path.

Jerry Jones fired Jimmy Johnson. He has failed to even make it to an NFC Championship game since 95 ( and I don't count that because it was Jimmy's team). I've always had the feeling that as long as Jerry is the focal point of the franchise and is the one getting the attention.....then he thinks things are going along just fine. That's why he couldn't let Parcells hang around long. It one of the reasons the Rex got canned even though it was the offense that stunk it up. Romo was a very good QB but he doesn't really fill up a room. Garrett, and we all know this, is a puppet....plain and simple. So, I'll give Jerry credit for one thing and that's Cooper. Without that trade we don't win the division IMO.

He is also the one that didn't sign a number one receiver and hire Alexander as OL coach.....hmmmmmm
Along with about 5000 other blunders since Jimmy Jones left. This trade is only great if we make a run at the super bowl. Winning games shouldn’t be our ultimate goal.

He has realized the Linehan mistake. Talks were had to fire him during the bye or after the Tennessee lost. Personally I think Jerry is letting him finish off the season and then let him go then. You got me on the Garrett mistake though.
