While the Cowboys' front office has taken plenty of criticism, both Jerry Jones and Stephen Jones have tried to point out – respectfully of course – that it's a two-way street and that the initial asking prices from Dak and CeeDee caused there to be plenty of back-and-forth negotiations that took plenty of time.

All of that is pointed out now as the Cowboys have turned their attentions to signing Micah Parsons to a long-term contract, something both sides have said is a priority for this offseason. And let's not forget, the Cowboys did prevent Osa Odighizuwa from getting to free agency next week by signing him to a four-year, $80 million deal last week.

Graph didn't prove anything. There is wear and tear vs just injured season. What was the excuse before the injury. You going to regrow the hamstring to his bone and use the fountain of youth on him? Dak ain't no spring chicken. >.>

12 win seasons without subsequent playoff success, three years in a row, is not success from fans’ perspective. One of your favorite team’s players winning MVP, let alone coming in second, is not success from fans’ perspective.

Hopefully the Cowboys organization is aiming for better than just 12 win regular seasons and their quarterback being runner up in MVP voting. Fans willing to accept that and still purchase logo key chains, like you, deserve what they get.

It can be counted on, when someone is young enough to heal from those injuries. But football is a also a game of wear and tear, where you have running backs slow down from taking hits and Dak had his hamstring torn off his bone. That sounds like something he will just heal right back and be as good as new from the power of youth, right? ;) Are you also saying that Dak was also injured before the injury? that is why he was so slow and just stood around taking sacks in the backfield. You go on, with your power of wishful thinking, if you want to. Like I said, what you showed doesn't prove anything since the issues are not related.

I don't know, do you? His team was very injured and that was the point. You state lousy talent and all fell upon him, not even the departed Head Coach now.

What was instead shown above, he won't scramble a lot unless really open. He is very good at quick release of the ball, but why worry?

Takes a team. Always has. He had to be mobile enough. But accurate enough and make the reads. He needs another WR. And a OC that lets him know it’s ok to get out of the pocket. This whole pocket passer thing kills running QBs trying to be both. There is a time to tuck and run and a time to get the F out of the pocket. Dont stand and take the sack. Hard learning curve for a QB this long in the league. A Offense that uses motion and misdirection could help. Not one that the defense knows and just has to stop the play they know is coming.

It's all about balance, if they got back to what they had his rookie year with a top 3 rushing attack it would take a lot of pressure off Dak. Invest in RB and oline and I think this can be a good offense again. WR2 would be nice too :)

You don't understand men at all, just privilege.

Jerry puts faith in his men. Lose that and if it violates trust, you are gone. I respect the man just for that. He is real to the core. He pushed free agency and cap when it all was to his disadvantage and new directional talents to develop.

It's not all bad arse stuff or fans crying instead of committing to over come and loyalty. Spoiled and unappreciating
group.

2022 was also an injury-riddled season for Dak. So, in total, it was seasons 2020, 2022 & 2024.
