You want to start winning this fanbase, and frankly, the locker room back?

Take a pay cut so we can keep the guys we have and improve even more on the free agency market.

Most of us are at the point where we would rather just trade you but your value is at an all time low. So we know we’re stuck with you so take a pay cut and prove your accountability!
Cute but this ain't happening as Dakko knows this is his LAST massive payday!
Those models he's dating need money to maintain and let's not forget Tad and the rest of the parasites he's feeding including the media and esp the social media!

How many people would volunteer to take a paycut every time they have a bad day at work?

Zeke has offered to do just that. That massive head has a brain in it that is telling him tht his performance does not match his salary. Good move by Zeke.
Exactly it’s time for the leaders of this team to do what’s right and take a pay cut to help improve this team

This is what made Brady a team leader. He knew if he made outrageous money that it wouldn't allow New England to put a competitive team on the field. Brady made just enough to keep him happy, while at the same time allowing New England cap space to sign legit players for their SB runs.
It can be done folks...

Imagine asking players who get their brains beat in every week to take a pay cut. He earned the money he got. Don't like it, find a way to cut him. I know if I were in that situation, I ain't giving any of it back.

How is taking a pay cut going to improve this team when Stephen Jones is just going to pocket the money and bring in bargain free agents like he's done the past half decade?

How about the real leaders of this team, Jerry and Stephen, step down and hire a real GM?

There wont be any consideration given to a pay cut, but I wonder if Dak and his Agent are second guessing their strategy to dig in until every last dollar was included in his contract. That posture really turns people off, particularly if you don't win, and now the chickens have come home to roost.

Honestly, if Jerry knew what he were doing he would approach Dak and sell him on the pay cut as the best way to guarantee that Dak wins a Superbowl in Dallas (and capitalize on the subsequent sports media job opportunities that come with being a Dallas Superbowl QB). Jerry needs to have a specific plan of action to present to Dak in order to let him know exactly where that money would be used to improve the team. In essence he could spin it as an investment that Dak is making in team success that he could then parlay into significant opportunities after football.

If Jerry could convince him to give up something in the neighborhood of $10 million, it could open the door to an impact signing and move the needle for next season.

People wanted Dak replaced when he was on that cheap contract. If Dak, Micah Parsons or any player were serious about winning, they'd go to a team with a sane front office.

Well unfortunately the time to hold Daks endorsements hostage was BEFORE he signed his current deal. Going forward, I would make sure ANY future Cowboys QB had a list of Cowboys QB endorsement earnings and then compare that with the next 7 NFL QB endorsement money. I would make it very clear that will be considered and if they dpnt want to l play ball... Id tell them to go play for the Seahawks and watch how much money in endorsement money you get. Cowboys qbs get all that money because they play in Dallas... not because they are Tom Cruise.

Yeah, the "Star" brand will get you that extra Quan.
It's a shame that Jerry / Stevie Boy can't seem to use that leverage when they are getting bent over.

If your job is in jeopardy and you know you can't make that lesser amount somewhere else.
You take that pay cut.

Cut half his pay. He gets it back in the form of a bonus when we get to or win a Super Bowl.

Unless you know something no one else does, Dak's job is not in jeopardy.

Nope, wishful thinking.
Dak's future contract commitments towards the cap is keeping him nice and cozy.
I would still give him some competition via early in the draft and/or free agency.
Bench warming might motivate him to seek other employment. New team can take some of that guaranteed money.
