By some remote chance, should Dallas win in Tampa, are all of you who are loudly proclaiming a “No Contest”, going to come back here and say you were wrong?

I don’t know what will happen with a fraction of the certainty that you game-masters do .. so, I don’t say.

But, I don’t look as much like an idiot as many either ..
Wrong about what?????

There are no gimmee games in the NFL…especially for these 2 teams. I honestly couldn’t tell you how this will go or which teams will show

This game did matter for the Cowboys, which is why they kept their starters in until almost the very end. Not sure if you’ve been following along, but had Philly lost and the Cowboys won they would have won the NFC East. Say what you will but this was an important game for the Cowboys but it turned into a debacle. I’m prepared for what’s coming next week. It’s certainly not impossible for the Cowboys to win but I don’t expect it. They weren’t playing that great coming into this game and after what we saw, I doubt many fans are feeling confident about next week.
Philly wasn't going to lose....NYG did not play their starting QB Jones an RB Barkley and many others...yes the NYG backups made it look closer than it was,....but it was never in doubt who was gonna win.... the most likely outcome was the Cowboys got the 5th seed and which they did get the 5th seed.....As embarrassing as it was, this Washington game was nothing more that a practice game........yes....if Philly started losing against the NYG then it would be different but that was never close to happening....

I have been a Cowboys fan for over 30yrs and still dont drink the Cowboys Koolaid...it is what it is....

But I believe in MM and the Cowboys..if they play up to the their level anything is possible......history says dont trust this team but my gut say....a win and this team could be dangerous...and might even prove fans wrong....

Despite the Giants not playing their QB or Saquon Barkley they only lost by 8 points. The Cowboys couldn’t go into today’s game with the mindset that Philly would definitely lose, they had to play to win. I’ve been a Cowboys fan for 50 years and have seen all their championship teams. I’ve been skeptical about this team all season. When they blew a 14 point lead to Green Bay and a 17 point lead to Jacksonville those were big red flags. The Cowboys have more cracks than the Titanic when it sunk. We’ll see how it goes next week. I’m hoping for the best but expecting the worst.

Let me make one correction the Giants actually lost by only 6 points, despite not playing Daniel Jones and Saquon Barkley. This is why the Cowboys kept their starters in until almost the very end.

I think No contest is a bit premature. And I do not think anyone should get excited if they beat Tampa. Dallas has not won a divisional playoff game since they won the Super Bowl. So I'd say "The Trend is our Friend". They will win at most a wild card game and then exit. Win or lose might add some post game drama but either way nothing will have changed since 1995. Now if they are in NFC championship then we can start talking a change in direction :)

You have got to be kidding, why would ANYONE admit they were wrong if we beat a team that has a losing record and shouldn't be in the playoffs in the first place.

Sorry but this team showed it's true colors vs Green Bay, Jacksonville, and Washington.

Brady is 7-0 against Dallas. So, I for one will be very happy to send Brady into retirement by Dallas. That being said. I do believe Dallas will play better. But I also believe they will find away to lose it late. That's who they are.

We should win, we are the better team...but we have not played well this last month, so we could easily lose this game. I doubt we go far. Our head coach failed to take the turnover issue seriously and we saw two atrocious throws back to back in which one was a pick 6...

In reality, this lacks discipline. That's why they just continue to make mistakes over and over...instilling discipline is the head coach's responsibility...he is not very good at accountability...

The issue is not if we win in Tampa (you're hoping to vindicate inepto Prescott) its that we have a below-average QB who holds hostage our fate with his massive cap payout!
In other words, we are going NOWHERE with inept # 4!

Tampa lost to Atlanta today! They are not a good team either. Beating them next week doesn't prove anything about the Cowboys. Somebody has to win this game and the winner will still be a team with many issues. Getting past the divisional round will be when confessions of being wrong about the Cowboys should be issued.

It will take a bounceback on the level of the Minnesota road game of this season. I admit, I never saw THAT coming. That performance came outta left field and completely blew me away.

But, we also haven't won a road playoff game since the 1992-1993 season. I was not yet a month old the last time we did that. So, it'll be nice to finally get a road playoff win.

If whomever is right or wrong, will it ruin your lives? Will you feel like a big fella if you're right or a loser if you're wrong. Will you feel like you're 100% a man and now you can go on in life and people will marvel over you? Will your ego's feel like a winner. If so, you're 5. This is a competition between us and the rest of the league.
