He has had no off field issues. I can agree with this. But, causing team turmoil is detrimental. He does have a history of this.

So since he had issues on other teams and has had none here you want to cut him? You need to be able to prove he is causing team turmoil. And since every person who has been interviewed has said this is not the case, I will take their word over yours.

He's won the same amount guys like Witten, Ware, Romo, Newman, Ratliff, and Barber have won for us.
