That's right. But you have Free who in his own right is a very good tackle. Bushrod is simply filling in for Jamal Brown who we lost prior to the season and is not the long term solution. And yes, all teams have injuries and have to deal with them. The Saints dealt with them and are now back at full strength for the first time since October. It will be a much different Saints squad that you would meet if you are able to survive both the Eagles and the Vikings.

Good luck to the Saints getting past the Packers or Cards after having not won a game in a month. Something tells me we won't be seeing New Orleans in the championship.

Fixed.

I appreciate the well wishes. I'll pass them along. But, the team that takes the field will not be the same team that you have seen for the past month. Getting back six starters out of 22 has a great impact.

Green Bay will tear the Saints a new one if they get to play them.

We'll give them your regards in the 'ship!

Here's another precautionary note:

The Vikings, Cardinals, Packers and Cowboys are not the same team which New Orleans faced last October in Miami. If any of these teams go up 38-24 over your team by the end of the third quarter, it's over.

Now, if it's the Eagles, that another story. ;) FYI, it will not be. :)

While Green Bay is the team that I feel would be the toughest match up in round two, I feel we can go toe to toe with them and beat them in the Dome at full strength. They have faced one of the weakest schedules over the past nine weeks in the entire NFL.

And the Saints have lost three straight, looking BAD doing so. Don't forget the "rafter in your own eye."

I do feel like the Packers are a bit overrated. I would not be surprised if the Cards or you guys beat them.

Nope. They certainly aren't and I seriously doubt any of them could repeat that early performance by the Dolphins. By the way, it was 34-24 at the end of three. The Saints had overcome the 24-3 deficit by late in the third bringing it to 27-24 before Miami scored again.

I also seriously doubt any of them could repeat the 46 points the Saints put on the board by games end, as well.

Yup. Too often media looks only at wins or losses but not what is behind them.

My bad about the score. However, you have seriously underestimated any of your team's upcoming opponents. And none of those opponents will allow New Orleans to score in the 40's as well. Each team has a defense capable of preventing that from happening.

I haven't underestimated anyone. Any of those opponents are capable of giving up enough points to lose. It doesn't have to be in the 40's.
