If we make big moves and they don't work out, then what?

Depends on your point of view. Would you rather win once and then be completely irrelevant for the next 10-15 years, or would you rather make the playoffs every year and hope you have a good couple games at the right time to get there? I’m not sure there’s a right or wrong answer, just depends on your personality. Personally, I’m not taking time out of my life to watch a 5-win team every week. But I’ll watch a 12-win team with a chance to go all the way every week. Do I wish they’ve had some championships in that time? Of course. But I’m happy with a competitive product on the field every year.
IF you have good management you will not be suffering for 10-15 years. So that frankly is a crock of crap
My point is that this team does not really have a chance to go all the way.
AND I would take a SB win and five years to pay for it any time.
Frankly you sound more like a football fan than a cowboy fan.

I’m exclusively a Cowboys fan. I hate every other team.

Then at least they TRIED. But let's keep with the same passive formula that has resulted in nearly 3 decades of failure.

Does Jerry and fans see this as a failure, or do we praise the aggression we took to make our team better and or put them in contention to push to go far in the playoffs!?? Please give your thoughts
We blame the front office of course. Where have you been?

if the moves we make dont work , then it will just be ANOTHER SEASON WITH JERRY JONES AT THE HELM .

Just go for it.

Everyone is afraid of cap hell.

I’m not. You spend money and go for it. If it doesn’t work “cap hell” only lasts a season or two anyway. You clear the roster and rebuild and then go for it again.

Better than just being good but never good enough.

Another thing. Everyone talks about the cowboys drafting which is overall pretty good.

Well if you get into cap hell in a couple years you shed salaries and then use that drafting to replace them.

Right now I'd have to call it a dumb move based on the incredible bumbling stumbling stuttering mess of an offense. There's nothing there to instill confidence in the coaching or the QB.

I figure either we take a big swing or we keep the powder dry. To me, the worst outcome is to take half-measures that see us become a good but not good enough team.
