I would. It would definitely be in my mind when tackling him, at the bottom of a pile, whatever the situation may be. I'm not saying do anything that could draw a flag, but between the whistles, go after it. This is nothing mew, guys have been going for romo's back. Id definitely try to get him off his spot. See how well he moves, but when it comes time to hit him, I'm doing more of a rugby style wrap and roll instead of laying the wood. Anything to hit that calf.

This. You don't change the way you rush or tackle or hit in order to try to target his calf. You're way more likely to miss him or get yourself hurt that way than to do any extra damage to Rodgers.
