Not just a part. He is a huge problem. He, like Garrett, is not great at adjusting when a major thing happens. He's a better coach than Garrett in terms of in game adjustments. However, he's not a great long term adjustment coach. For example, he was great when Dak was healthy. However, Dak clearly injured his leg during the Pats game. If we had a competent OC, he'd adjust the play calling to fit the fact that Dak was playing with a calf muscle that was preventing him from driving the ball like he was earlier that season. So, shorter passes and quicker throws would've been a good idea. A coach like Norv Turner would have known that, my QB is injured, let's find something that can help.
