To piggy back off of the If you could trade for one player thread, if you could have any of the other 31 head coaches to replace Carrot top, who would you pick? I am going with Jim Harbaugh.

I'd take either of the Harbaugh brothers.

Is Jerry still the GM?

With Jerry as the GM, Garrett is the best option. A higher profile head coach would cause Jerry need more attention and result in a Roy Williams or Joey Galloway trade.

We'd be better off even with retired Joey and Roy taking up roster space on this team if we could swap Jason for a real high profile coach in exchange.

LOL. Some good replies in this thread.

Pretty funny to suggest that somehow because of Jerry, a poor coach is better for us than a good coach.

Not everybody shares your opinion that he's a poor coach.

I think Belichick is in a class by himself. He reminds me of Landry. He has a system that works and his system is bigger than the players:

He is. He's the best football coach I've ever seen in the NFL.

I would take Gruden. Think his intensity would put a fire under our player's rears.

Quite frankly though.... something in the air feels different. The team is making alot of smart business and drafting decisions... I used to want Jason out of here but I this offseason has a such different feel to it.

The Cowboys won a Super Bowl with Barry Switzer eating a hot dog on the sideline.

Talent wins.

Of the current coaches all have warts of course. Bellicheat- obvious. Harbaugh- very hard to get along with. Carrol- just have a feeling about trustworthiness there looking back to his USC days. Sean - just how much did he know about Bounty Gate? Tomlin- maybe. Kelly- too gimmicky. Coughlin- too old. Gruden and Cowher's days are over. McArthy-maybe.

Was that the SB or Pro Bowl?
