If you could move anywhere in the US, which state and city would you move to?

What are Canadians like? I actually never met a Canadian person in real life. The one time where we were going to visit Canada, my aunt forgot her passport (after 9/11). I have never set foot in Canada.

I can guarantee you have met a Canadian if you live in LA. I forget how many ex-pat Canadians live in LA, but I do remember it was quite sizeable. In college, I dated a girl who now lives in LA.

What are Canadians like. That is a question I have never been asked. It's a good question. I need to think that through. I will respond to that question, that question deserves a well thought out answer.

West Texas is as close as you will get and that isn't really a desert in the way you are thinking.

Seriously? They always show desert when it comes to Texas on TV. The wild west and all. Maybe I'll move to Texas then since it has the best job opportunity. Well I was suppose to be in Air Force boot camp in SA but I was injured while training. I guess I'm just too old now.

A few places come to mind...…….
Lake Eufaula Oklahoma.
Marshall Texas
Las Vegas Nevada.

If I were to move to Texas, where would be the best place for me? I would prefer somewhere where the majority of the population favorite genre of music is country music and I would prefer somewhere where I am treated well. I am neither white or black if that help.

Have no clue, don't live in Texas but spent quite a bit of time in/around Marshall as a youngster. Uncertain Texas was a cool place to visit not sure about living there though but I can guarantee country music is popular there. Watch out for Alligators! https://cityofuncertain.com/

I don't understand this. TV has always shown Texas to be a huge desert. So if it not one giant desert like AZ, then what the landscapes in Texas like?

Well I believe{?} Texas is fairly like Oklahoma. The more east you go the more greener it is. And the more west you go the dryer and arid it is.

Canadians are pretty much just like Americans. We are a land founded on immigrants as well. If you ever get a chance and are curious, plan a vacation to the great white north. The greatest perk to being Canadian is universal health care.

I'm pretty happy with were I am now. I live in rolling hills covered with forrest. It's absolutely beautiful. I'm also close enough to NY that there is a lot to do around here.

The only thing I dislike is my commute to work. (45min-1hr each way)
