I'd keep them both, move Collins to RT and see what he can do over there. Pass protection as a guard isn't always easy for some players. Collins can really dominate in the run game as well. It's often very impressive to watch him out there. Forget the 'highlight' blocks, some of his ordinary blocks that go unnoticed are very impressive.

I agree, that I would keep both, if possible and try to coach up Collins at RT. That way Collins can play guard and tackle and Free becomes expendable. Collins is good enough to play guard already/ We have insurance and it would be great competition between Green and Collins for that starting GIG at RT with the runner up being the swing tackle.
The best part of that is we don't have to spend a premium pick to get a RT to replace Free in a year or so. If Green becomes our starter at right tackle I am ok with that in terms of talent, but he will need to have a capable backup because of his injury history.
