If you think Dak played well

See...I know you're struggling with more than just the argument because you can't help but call names.

Dak vs Dak...and you're there to explain it all? And if I don't see merit, credence or worth in your "Dak vs. Dak" ...hornets nest of nothing aka white noise...I'm "dumb", "stupid", etc?

I'm glad you ran out of steam...you didn't move your argument forward an inch.
there was no need to move it. i stated a benign point. defended it easily and you brought up things that have absolutely nothing to do with it and don’t understand simple stats and facts. i’m not out of steam i just don’t know to explain any simpler to you or how to keep you on topic. be blessed

I'll take both of them over Dak right now. Especially Herbert. Hurts because he's won a SB and he's still not cocky delusional like Dak.
 :laugh::laugh:Dak would of won 3 SB's by now-WITH THE EAGLES DEFENSE. IMHO Hebert can't hold Dak's jock. Guess we'll find out real soon-won't we..

Sure...it's the defense and everyone else holding back the 4th round pick. :)
Dak owns both of your quarterbacks I believe.....And both have had way better defenses to back them up versus Dak. And far better head coaches to boot. Not to mention better front offices. So, poor Dak has to fight with one arm behind his back. Probably the right one

Anytime a team allows a team to score 44 points, something is seriously wrong with the defense. Dak made a few mistakes -- that's not surprising, but the Cowboys' defense is their major problem. To be totally honest, this team simply got beat by a more talented team on both sides of the ball. Eberflus didn't do this defense any favors; that seems fair to say. Will Jerry replace him? Don't count on it.

Maybe the front office should consider utilizing veteran free agency more generously from one year to the next. Putting it off for three decades before utilizing it isn't enough. We paid a price for that. Our FO avoided it like the plague, while other teams used it liberally. It finally caught up with us in the end.

If your defense is giving up more points than your top 3 offense. Yea....I say it's a defensive problem for sure..

oh, well Chat GPT says Dak rocks.
I guess that settles the argument.
Yes, the opinion of several well-known Dak hating, internet experts certainly carries more weight than the combined knowledge of every NFL stat ever to exist.

I’m sure you’re right.

Like I said above, if you need to resort to chat GPT to make your point in a football debate, you already lost the argument

Im seeing a lot of fans “relieved” that the defense should shoulder the blame for this loss as opposed to lumping Dak in there as well.

He played a bad game. The lazy will look at the stat sheet and see he threw for over 300 yards and the ints were the fault of the receivers.

He was inaccurate on several deep passes (got CD concussed).

Threw that horrific backwards pass instead of throwing it away

Led 0 Td drives in the first half against a team missing most of their secondary.
I'm not the biggest Dak fan in the world, but he was fine in the Lions game other than the one INT (which is bound to happen at some point...all QBs throw some eventually). I've definitely seen him play better. I've also seen him play much worse. Sure, he did very little to elevate his team. Still, I think the D has to take <ahem> the lion's share of the blame for the loss. As a unit, the offense wasn't perfect. Dak's pick, Ferguson's fumble, Pickens deciding to take some PTO, and the OL having down game definitely hurt the Cowboys' chances. In the end though, the defense couldn't stop the Lions from picking up first downs when they were facing things like (IIRC) 2nd and 20.

You can block me if you wish, but had you said nobody would have believed that the "Cowboys" would have won those games, you would have been OK with that statement. However, you just had to say, Dak won those games.

Feel free to unblock me if you want to.
I've never seen dak lose a game. That's one more for the stat books.

ehh it’s less resorting to and more just showing simple undeniable truths. if someone states something and someone else disagrees, using any tool to clarify irrefutable evidence is just cutting to the chase. debating trivializing it means you’d rather have a bad faith discussion and argue. which, fine, but it’s a silly premise

These anti-Dak fans deserve Hurts and Herbert as their starting quarterback :laugh:They remind me of the Eagles offense blaming its defense for the collapse happening now
Herbert just won a game with a busted bleeding surgery hand. Yes....the defense game through. But he also did score his final two poessessions. Something Dak did not do.

Not many QB's I'd take over Dak right now...but Herbert would be one.

Poor flex bro.

Not only use it, but take it as absolute gospel.

Not sure what he's yammering on about now....but you can get good data from some AI and data collectors. But then, you have to do the right thing with it. AI doesn't do that, yet... and an egomaniac internet bully.....doesn't do it right.

This whole conversation is hilarious. Has Dak ever played poorly in a big game? Yes, of course. But he led the offense to 30 points in a game where his #1 was gone before the half and his #2 wasn’t even trying. It was a game when our OL was punked all night so we couldn’t run much, and both OTs were really bad. He threw 2 INTs that were right in the hands of Pickens and Flournoy. Detroit only punted twice and their last punt was with 9:23 left in the second quarter. On top of that, the punt and kickoff coverage teams gave Detroit 261 yards in kickoff returns and a punt return of 21.

Nate Thomas gave up 8 QB pressures and a sack all by himself. Steele gave up another 6 pressures and a sack.

We haven’t had a ton of Dak hate this year, but it’s insane that you guys come out of the woodwork after a loss when Dak was the only reason, besides Lamb in the first half, that we were even in the game.
Spot on.

DDS IS REAL.
