If you think Dak played well

Bring it....all in fun...Dak was pressured 20 times last night. I hope you know what that means. In other words guys were pretty much on top of him as he threw. Sacked 5 times. Still put up 30 points. Still had the team within 3 at the 8 minute mark of the 4th quarter. Even after losing one of his top receivers. Not to forget all the drops-fumbles and penalties that stopped potential scoring drives. But that was all on Dak also  Dak causes all this other stuff to happen also. Dak sucks on every level-including defense. Dak's sorry azz gave up 47 points!!

P.S. I pretty much watch more than half of the games every Sunday and many college games. I love football. College and Pro. That's why I know these Dak threads are pure malarkey.
I believe Scotty earlier in the season, made a comment to Dak about don't let me be too conservative like that ever again. Well he did it again.

4th and 4 before the half and 4th and 3 down 10 late in the game. I am sure not having CD out there may have impacted his decision, but you have to know you can't count on out D in those situations.

Dak played great for the most part under duress all night long and taking some big hits. I recall at least 3 or 4 drops, 2 of which resulted into INT's.

Can we have at least one coach tell this dumb arse players to go down instead of fighting for a half yard, risking s fumble or injury when it is not needed.

I can understand if it is 3rd and 10 and you got the ball 2 yards short, but Pickens, CD and Ferguson are always fighting for unnecessary yards.

He played well, not great. The offense starts off lifeless every game and part of that is on Dak. He was not as accurate as the past two games but honestly, he was still pretty damn good. He was under duress a lot of the game and he made a lot of tight window throws. He did connect on several deep throws and the one where Lamb got hurt was a garden variety 50/50 deep ball. He had one turnover worthy play early in the game where he was lucky but he was not responsible for any of the actual turnovers committed by Dallas. The offense did end up putting up 30 points despite some pretty timid play calling by Schottenheimer. Dak was the least of the problems last night.

Ah yes… top 3 in stats while panicking and producing nothing under pressure. Truly amazing… if your goal is a padded stat sheet and not wins in January. Facts > feelings.
So being down by 21 against the reigning Superbowl champions and leading your team to a victory then going out and helping to beat the other Superbowl team four days later in most win games aren't pressure???

Yeah ok.

Well in the real world he's shown he could produce under pressure. Its amazing how all the wins he contributed to is considered, "stat padding".

What other quarterbacks have "stat padding" wins vs Superbowl teams and other good teams.

I ask, because for some reason, people made up categories for Dak that no other quarterback got placed on their names. Stat padding.... garbage time.... singled out in playoff records as if he's a boxer or golf player, ignoring the fact that this is a team stat in a team game.

Bunch of low IQ fools, huh, lil bros? I think you should go beat all of them up! lmao

Let me get it right for you. Dak was pressured 20 times-sacked 5 times. No quarterback in the NFL could play any better than what we saw. Could he of made some better throws-yes. Could he had thrown the ball away. Maybe. What I saw they were on him before the first read in some cases. It just cracks me up how bad the hate is for one guy. Mahomes isn't going to make a difference in Dallas. he may win a game or two Dak didn't. And Dak may win a game or 2 Mahomes didn't. THANKSGIVING!!!! For an example. Blaming Dak every week for us losing is like blaming your local sky for the lack of rain. More went into that lack of rain then just the sky you're focused on.
Are you saying no other QB can escape, avoid, or make plays with pressure?

If he moves out, away...it may not even be recorded as a pressure.

That's the problem with using just stats. They don't account for everything. If the QB cleverly moves out...it's not a sack or even pressure- stat wise.

Im seeing a lot of fans “relieved” that the defense should shoulder the blame for this loss as opposed to lumping Dak in there as well.

He played a bad game. The lazy will look at the stat sheet and see he threw for over 300 yards and the ints were the fault of the receivers.

He was inaccurate on several deep passes (got CD concussed).

Threw that horrific backwards pass instead of throwing it away

Led 0 Td drives in the first half against a team missing most of their secondary.
He played good enough to win, if our defense had put up a tiny weeny fight. They were letting their receivers run free all through the secondary without any resistance. Dak is still not the one going forward for me, but if you look at this entire squad, Jerry put together a horrible team. Now guess who's still in charge? Do you think Jerry has the BALLS to tank and draft a star QB? So keep attacking everyone except the goon running this team for the last 4 decades, because being a smarty pants on some chat board is just wasting time. Jerry is the only one that matters in this scenario.

Let me guess…you’re unaware of the caste on here that blames Dak for almost everything?
An example? With an entire "caste"...you think a couple examples would be easy. Otherwise you are just making it up in your head.

I know we generally aren't allowed to "call out"...but I think those people deserve a chance to clarify (the) matter for you.

He didnt play well

The offense scored 2 touchdowns
Yet he got the offense into position to score 30 points and almost 500 yards despite three turnovers that were not on him. That is pretty good but not great. He took too many sacks and wasn’t as sharp with the ball as the last two games but still made a lot of big throws. Red zone efficiency needs improvement and he needs to play sharper in the first quarter.

He did play "well enough to win". That doesn't mean he's above reproach or absolved of every thing.

This "black or white" approach is bewildering. Dak sits firmly in the middle, most of it of his own doing. He plays both very well and pretty crappy. Most QB's have good and bad plays/days but the pendulum swing is pretty wide with Dak.

Nah..... don't deflect. This is a tactic that yall use when someone place facts out there that doesn't line up with the claims you make.

Just stick to what I posted and make what you said make sense according to real life production and facts. Im not falling for the name calling bait. Im not going to let you off that easy. Now back to football, explain why what you said is false according to what our eyes have seen and what production has been recorded.

So are you saying being down by 21 vs the reigning Superbowl champions in a must win game, isn't pressure?

If you think I’m “making it up” that there are an easily identified and well-known number of people who criticize Dak for every little thing, I don’t know what to tell you.

In other news, water is wet and the sky is blue.

And you’re their mother now? Anyone who wants to clarify with me is free to ask.

Unless they’re on my ignore list, of course, as I’ve already determined those folks to be a complete waste of time.

All i see is “Got the offense into position for Aubrey to score more points than he did by kicking 55+ yarders”

Your post clearly proves that you know absolutely nothing about football. That doesn't make you a bad person, but your football knowledge is pretty bad if this is seriously your take.

I was just giving you a hard time, you've been making some good points.

SO WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ABOUT IT BUT YAP ON A CHAT BOARD? What I wanted to do was not sign Dak, BUT GUESS WHO DID? What I wanted to do was tank this year to get a 1st pick and draft the future, BUT GUESS WHO'S NOT DOING THAT? It's pointless if the Owner does whatever tf he wants to do, and leaves us here to argue amongst ourselves like a bunch of idiots.
