Noah was ok vs the Bucs imho. This week he showed out, so he's the leading WR for the Cowboys now.

Gallup n Brown on the Outside and CeeDee in the Slot. Lamb looks to be more of a slot guy. I don't know where James Washington fits. Also, when the 2 injured WRs return who's getting cut at WR? Tough decisions ahead.
James Washington needs to be cut...in my opinion. Keep the younger receivers and keep developing them.

I 100% see Daks limitations. Problem is our OC doesn't. If you think Rush is a better QB than Dak..... Holy Cow. Not even in the same hemisphere. 50% more rushing this game than last despite the run working very well against TB. They were scared of Tom, and played accordingly instead of controlling the game.

It's like having a shoot out with Doc Holiday. Even if he's drunk, he's got two guns (defense and offense) one for each of ya.

We are loaded with maulers. Run the ball.
Farinok is a huge weak link in an otherwise fairly strong chain up front running the ball

He always played well when given a chance. He just hasn't had many balls thrown his way. He was injured early in his career and JG using him more or less like a run blocking TE also didn't help with his development as a receiver.

Took just 1 week with a new QB to change the opinions of our WRS

If that aint an indictment on #4, idk what is

The thing about it is, he was scrappy last game.

He only looked a little lackluster because the defense was having it's way with our entire offense, just like that defense had its way with the Saints offense today as well.

I realize I probably overreacted that game. And I saw enough of Brown today to want my lineup to be Lamb, Brown and Gallup when he's healthy.

I saw Fehoko open on some routes, but Rush threw the easier pass. Even though Fehoko didn't really produce, he was helping by occupying guys and helping them get open.

Seems like it’s a common story every year that some backup QB takes over for an extended time and instantly elevates the game of the backup WR he has been getting all his practice reps with and has a great rhythm together.

I’ll take it anyway I can get it.

Same here. Some of my opinions are right, some of them are wrong. At the end of the day, I'll take guys I was wrong about helping me get a win any day.

I told ya so...bro.

Glad you approve. Noah Brown has worked hard to change his physical structure, abilities and game on the field. As he keeps gaining confidence, he's going to get better.

Right.

I wasn't totally down on Noah Brown. It's just his story. He's been around for so long, and I see him make a play or two and he's just there, sort of.

In today's game, he was really working his game out there. And knowing his story and his work eithic, etcetera, just made it that much sweeter to watch. I can see his talent. Those four TDs he had at Ohio was legendary. Just glad to see his NFL level game coming around. The most interesting thing is, it seems like he's been here forever. But he's only 26.

We have other guys who just need some time, too. I like James Washington, but I think they keep him on IR for a little longer and work the younger guys in.

Fehoko was out there today, open on a couple routes I saw.

I thought our WR was supposed to be severely weakened by losing Cooper.

I read it in here every day for months.

I haven't said much about the Cooper situation. After the first game, I thought they might miss him. But I always liked how Lamb played with so much effort last year, the same effort you see with Brown this year, and Cooper was good... but he made a lot of business decisions instead of getting those extra yards here and there, like CeeDee or Brown.

I know the season isn't over. But I'm in the minority. I'm OK with losing Cooper. I like all of our WRs.

I’m not sure how competitive practice can get during the week in the regular season but Houston needs to be pushed if he’s gonna stay active. Washington is fighting for his survival in the league. He may be hungrier at this point
Bro, you and @Pass2Run make good points.

I appreciate the civilized and respectful banter. Wish some others looked at y'all and realized things are much better like this.

Let’s see how this team holds up against a healthy elite offense. Bucs lost Godwin week 1 and have OL issues. Bengals have a terrible OL.

Dallas can stay in most games that the other offense can’t put up 20+ but if it gets into a shootout you’re going to miss Cooper badly.
