Say what you will, but a win is a win. We could have performed better but when you get in the huddle and you're down, who rang the bell? That's right! Our Dallas Cowboys delivered against a division rival. That had to hurt. Keep believing Boys. We have something special here. And it's only gonna get better from here on out. Rapped them in the face. Stole their thunder. We don't quit. Ever! Where's my Kool Aid?

It's so refreshing that the D gave up very few points and the OLine and quarterback were an automatic. You knew Tony was going to have all day and you weren't disappointed.

Love you're attitude Brother. Couldn't have said it better myself. Once we shake the rust off, we're gonna go far.. especially with the 2 animals we're getting back in Game 5 against the Pats. We had a tough loss against San Fran at this time last year. We didn't repeat that mistake this year. Eye on the prize this year.

This was par for the course. Once again Romo has to save Garretts butt. Garrett basically has 3 major tasks as coach of this team:

1. Pat fannies and cheer lead. (Incredible job yesterday with this. One of his best days patting fannies and clapping)
2. Throw the red flag. (Garrett had already screwed this up big time half way through the first quarter)
3. Get the team motivated to play. (Talk about coming out flat and not in the mindset to play)

A horribly undermanned team came into Dallas yesterday and should have gotten blown out. Clearly Dallas wasnt ready to play. Of course it was Romo again saving the day for Garrett as he did many times since he took over as head coach.

If this were the team of years past, we would have folded like newly pressed and starched bed sheets.

A big fat salute to you sir!

Everybody, and I mean EVERYBODY should have a big tall glass of STFD (shut the front door) and enjoy!

This season is going to be good... Real good.

I'm proud that they were so resilient at the end, but I really feel that the offense was almost on cruise control until the Giants had them against the ropes. I'm sure that will not be the case next weekend, but this is two years in a row that they came out flat in the first game of the season. That whole "keep your players healthy for the season" thing may need to be revisited just enough that they go into game one clicking a little more than they have been.

NO question. If Garrett had been calling the offense, that last drive gets screwed up somehow. And certainly Dunbar isnt out there to save the day.

You're right. We have a lot of work to do. But when the chips were down, we found a way.. And THAT is something to build on. THAT, is what fires a team up to work harder, and harder. It wasn't pretty, but they got the job done. They're gonna look at tape, make adjustments, learn from mistakes and come out a better football team next week. There's a 1 in the Win column. Big game next week. Very interested in seeing how the Eagles perform tonight. Week 2 is gonna tell a lot about this football team. We have a long way to go.

I agree. Dallas outplayed NY for much of the night but were sloppy and put themselves in a bad situation but Dallas should a lot of mental toughness to keep their heads in the game and made the plays they needed to, to win the game. Need to clean up the sloppiness

It might just be me but I never take the Giants for granted and Always expect a tough game ....I feel the same for the eagles and skins when we play them no matter how good our team might be perceived or how bad the other team might be perceived...we always seem to have tough games against them.

True and for whatever reason some of the weirdest games Dallas tends to have are vs NY Giants. I don't make excuses for the Cowboys they did a lot of good things but seemed to shoot themselves in the foot constantly early on. I loved how this group of guys kept it together and got it done in the end.

As I said you go back and look at this matchup and it has had a lot of weird and dramatic endings, this is why NBC Sunday Night football goes after this game.

Romo saved Garretts butt? Romo saved his WR corps butt. And his own butt for the bad pass turned in to an interception. Implying the team wasn't ready or fired up for this game is just silly. They came out dominant. They had one of the longest opening drives in the teams history. They also were heading down near the end of the half looking to go up by 10. If not for dropped passes and horrible ball protection. This game is over in the third quarter. Part of the reason this team was able to come back and win this game is because of the attitude instilled by the coaching staff. An attitude of not panicking and continuing to do the job. No matter what the adversity. For that. I'm proud of the entire damn organization for last nights win.

this is getting boring. There is no "we" Tony saved Garrett. Why is it when this team does something good, we abandon it, yet, when we could have used it, we save the no huddle to bail us out? Where was that drive on the first series? Why did we have to wait to do what we do well? If TOny abuses defenses with the no huddle, why are we not using it more? We have strenghts to this team and Garrett doesnt use them. We seem to be the only team to look at our strenghts and say "hey lets make this harder on us"

Escobar came to play and we dont use him enough. We didnt use Dez enough, YET we believe street was good enough to play a down. WHAT? Jones on OBJ? I think i read someone said he was lined up on him. The game was to important for this team to look that bad on offense, YET its on Tony to save Garrett, yet again. Its not We, there is no WE, Tony does that.

You are a sexy man...I don't care about what the rest of the staff say about you.

I was thrilled with the come from behind.

There is lots and lots to clean up. There is a lot of questions with the Dez injury.

But I was pretty pleased with this defense last night.

You're right BP. And they never should be taken for granted. I don't believe we take any game for granted. I'm confident that our coaching staff feels the same way. If anyone on the team feels that way they should get the boot. There's no time for resting easy. When it's showtime, you go in with every ounce of what's inside of you. Anyone can be beat on any given day. It's up to all 53 to make sure that doesn't happen. Trust me, it's not just you.
