LOL
Of course you have. You stand by everything Jerry does - Gailey, Campo, Wade.
Good you finally got one right.

I like him as a person and think he's a great defensive coordinator. He has the defense playing at a very high level right now.
But I still believe he isn't cut out to manage an entire football team. I honestly believe Jerry is doing a lot of that for him.
Wade is running the defense, Garrett is running the offense, and Jerry is overseeing the entire operation. Plus, some key players (Romo and Brooking in particular) have provided great leadership this year.
I loved Jerry's quote after the game. This isn't about winning one playoff game. Their goals are higher than that. Let's win the next one, then another, then another. That's the way you have to think.

Uh, uh, ok.hawklegion;3214402 said:I'm not sorry, he is a good DC, bad HC and is getting lucky. I hope the luck lasts but this is a real case where Jerry's "500 guys could have coached this team" is dead on.
Pretty sure Spencer, Jenkins, Brookings, Olshansky and other moves have Wades fingerprints all over them. Jerry has always had control. That's part of a GMs job description. But I'm loving that people like you are being proven wrong.Chief;3217776 said:I think Jerry is the one allowing here. He's in charge. He told Wade that Garrett is your offensive coordinator. He told Wade, these are your players. He told Wade, you take over the defense.
Wade allows Jerry to be heard by recognizing Jerry is the GM and his boss?
That's mighty benevolent of Wade to give Jerry room to operate.
Something tells me that Jerry will do whatever the hell he wants and he doesn't need Wade to allow it. :laugh2:

No matter what you personally think of WP, he obviously has his team's support and they're ballin' for him! Why anyone would want him gone because of his supposed happy-go-lucky demeanor is beyond me. As long as he has the team's support and their improving under his leadership, I'm all for him manning the headset. I know we've been spoiled by the cerebral calmness of Landry and the intensity & fire of Jimmy J., but we should use those two as examples of how success can be achieved by different means and realize there is no one way to win in the NFL![/quote]

Careful...you are sounding WAY too logical here.

Same can be said of Parcells, Jimmy, etc. Not sure this is a point worth making, but if it's all you have to fall back on, I guess it does speak to your position.Chief;3217909 said:Right.
And Jerry allowed Wade to do that, not the other way around.
