So WR that replace Brice Butler and swing OL. Going after the backup OT on the Pats doesn’t make me think La’El should move positions tomorrow.

The OT Fleming started in the Super Bowl.

He has 20 regular season starts in 4 years.

Six regular season starts in 2017.

To me he's the definition of a middling coach.

I think Garrett is a good, not great coach who has his flaws like everyone else. I think he is more of a manager than hands on coach, which definitely has its downsides like the WR position coaching this year. But I do think a big portion of the criticism here is unwarrented. His overall record since taking the HC job is in the top third and his record when Zeke is on the field is something like 19-7.
