I would have to say Quincy Carter, AB, Kareem Larrimore, and Derek Ross. All of them had issues that got them kicked off the team. Solomon Page and Willie Blade are 2nd tier turds on my list since they ate themselves out of a job. I don't think you can say Leaf was the worst Cowboys, because everyone knew he was shot when Dallas brought him in.

Probably not the WORST Cowboy ever. But the sting of taking Carter was made worse by drafting him over Rogers (I was jumping up and down thinking we had him).

All these players are the reason why I've changed draft philosophy. NEVER reach for a position. Always take the best player on your board. It was players like these that caused our freefall from the NFL Elite.
