We love chorizo. My wife makes a breakfast casserole with chorizo, hash browns, cheese, onions, etc. It is great for a hangover. :)

That's how I usually eat it as well. Put it all on a tortilla and I'm good.

Grandpa basically said as a child Tony loved the Packers and now he is playing against them

Said all the family waited 5 years for playoffs again. Tony's dream to be champion.

Said praying for him and the team.

Grandma is making chorizo con huevos (sausage/eggs) for power and good luck!

They are very proud and excited

Muchas Gracias Señor Staubacher :):)

Chorizo is disgusting. Even saying the word sounds ugly.

Not sure I get what's so disgusting about it. Ground pork, cilantro, chili peppers, garlic & tomatillo. Nothing all that exotic in there.

If you zoom in on the jersey, you'll see that it reads, "I love your chorizo and eggs, but I love you more, Grandma!"

Great catch! And to the poster, chorizo de san Manuel brand (beef chorizo) is the only way to go!

Sounds so good I'm going to make some tomorrow morning. In China the sausage is called xiang chang but she's never had it with eggs in a tortilla. I have fresh garlic, cilantro, and small tomatoes with some jalapeno peppers. I'll mix in some apple pork sausage and kielbasa with eggs sprinkled with tarragon and served on steamed corn tortilla with a mango and pineapple salsa on the side. I'll add some sour cream for me; she won't eat it. I'll steam some mantou on the side as well for her. She loves hash browns so I'll make some homemade with green and white onion adding a little fine cut celery for crunch.
