Jobber for the win!! That's clutch buddy.. Ok so what you do is first you break it up in the pan as u cook it over a medium heat, then drain some of the grease after its cooked and add the eggs, scramble it up and wallah. Goes good with tortillas and salsa.

Because if your'e in Texas and you have a choice of a taqueria down the street (and they are literally down the street in almost any neighborhood) and McDonalds... then.... let's just say I'll be at the taqueria down the street at 10::15AM tomorrow then driving the 30 minutes to the Cowboys Meetup party! Woohoo!
