This is why lawyers tell people to shut their traps when something is amiss with them. Not a good statement from him but we'll see what unfolds. Where ya at, TMZ?
It's crazy people still talk when they're told they have the right not to. I watch the First 48, and they still talk to the cops

Few drinks? I'd say quite a few if he can't remember or that's a convenient excuse. They have to prove to him he did talk to someone after he said he went straight to his room? Benefit of the doubt gets weak when he can't even alibi himself.

Moved him? Where did they move him? Out of the hotel?
He should've never said he had a few drinks and can't remember.

He should've never said he had a few drinks and can't remember.
He already got caught saying he didn't talk to anyone and they say they have a video that proves different.

And you are right, he doesn't even get the sympathy vote from a lot of people on that one.

What I wonder is since he works for the NFL, does that differ in how ESPN or Fox might handle it? They have their own investigative unit.

Michael quoted . Link below

They said, ‘Well, last night you walked in, you talked to somebody.’ I said, ‘I didn’t talk to anybody. I went straight to the room.’ And then they showed it on camera that I did talk to somebody. I talked to this girl for about a minute. I don’t know what — they didn’t show it to me. They told it to me. I didn’t see it. But that’s why they moved me, because I guess the girl said I said something to her within that minute that we talked, and so they moved me.”

“That’s why I’m kind of hiding to wait and see how everything comes down,” Irvin continued. “It was a minute meeting somewhere in the lobby. I don’t even remember it really because I had a few drinks, to tell you the truth.”

Irvin told the Dallas News that there was no physical interaction with the woman beyond a handshake.

OK, he doesn't remember encountering her and they didn't show him the video. So, how does he know he shook her hand?

Well, we all know how Booger likes to make a splash during SB week because he hasn't been in it for what, 27 years now? I think he got Irvin drunk knowing he'd do something dumb and if he can't have current Cowboys news, he'll settle for an oldie but goodie, "Irvin once again on the womanizing terror trail".

Have y'all noticed that a Dallas Cowboy and firewater do not mix? Look how many have been duped by ole Demon Rum.

Today’s jokers will believe anything they see on the internet. They’re lazy and dumb.
There are others who will never believe anything bad about a Cowboy. They just refuse delivery and insult anyone who doesn't think their way.

He said he didn't talk to anyone, they showed him video of him talking to a woman. Then he said he had "a few drinks", which is what people say when they were drunk.

I love Mike but this isn't the first time he's found himself in this type of situation.

Heaven forbid a man flirt with a woman nowadays.
He obviously did more than just flirt, he made an inappropriate comment while he was drunk. When you’re in the public eye you have to be very careful what you say and do. Nothing probably comes of this if he was simply an average Joe.

I was just saying . . . Irvin is a clown.

Maybe so, but he's our clown. Like a little brother with a big mouth. Nobody is allowed to beat him up, but us. Lol

That said I hope he didn't do something egregious. I'd hate to not be able to claim him.

I've heard more than once that his wife is no saint either...but, that could be for obvious reasons.
Do you have any proof. If not shut about someone's wife you have no clue about. How about if someone said that about your wife or daughter???

So basically he said something to her she didn't like. Honestly they need to provide a detailed explanation of what is going on. I am tired of people hiding behind meaningless words such as misconduct. Did he think that she was an escort and proposition her? Did he call her out her name? What did he say that was so bad, especially if it started with a handshake.
