He said "We were out drinking. It was just a friendly conversation. 'What's up?' I don't even know. … I am totally perplexed."

In a separate radio interview, Irvin did mention that the encounter was caught on video by a hotel security camera, but he wasn't sure what the footage showed because he had not seen it yet.


"They said, 'Well, last night you walked in, you talked to somebody.' I said, 'I didn't talk to anybody. I went straight to the room,'" Irvin told 105.3 the Fan in Dallas on Wednesday, via the New York Post. "And then they showed it on camera that I did talk to somebody. I talked to this girl for about a minute. I don't know what -- they didn't show it to me. They told it to me. I didn't see it."

There is no where where he says he doesn't remember what happened because he was drinking.

He said he didn't talk to anyone, they showed him video of him talking to a woman. Then he said he had "a few drinks", which is what people say when they were drunk.

We don’t know what was said, he doesn’t even know what was said because he was drinking. He didn’t even remember talking to her so he must have been toasted. We’ll see if anything can be determined by watching the video if it surfaces. It’s going to be hard to conclusively prove anything if all there is is a 45 second video of him talking with a woman. He just better hope he didn’t touch her.
