We gave up on "innocent until proven guilty"? How sad for us.
That applies to the law, he hasn't been charged with anything at this time.

Let's be honest. Story breaks that a NFLN personality has done this, who is your first guess?

Could be innocent but the hotel doesn't think so and I assume the NFLN has more info than has been available to us for them to send him home.

And his version of what happened is foggy at best.

Personally, I haven't had a lot of luck with "I was drunk and don't remember". Someone else always remembers.

So you're saying he wasn't drunk, he just lied about not talking to someone?

I'm not sure that's helpful to his defense.
I'm not saying anything. Don't put words in my mouth. He said he was out drinking. That doesn't mean he's drunk. You are making the assumptions don't put that on me.

You have no idea what happened and apparently Irvin doesn’t know either because he was drinking. He obviously made an inappropriate comment to her and she was offended. You can get into a lot of trouble making comments while you’re drinking. Jimmy the Greek ruined his career making stupid comments while drinking.
He's not the only one, drunk doesn't go good with anything.

Most people are always going to be the woman. No one knows what was said besides Irvin and the woman. Unless he physically assaulted her then this is a bs story.

That’s when you thought you were being cute, clever, charming, funny and flirtatious and she didn’t.
I mean, let's see him give pep talk, speeches to a photo of the players before a game while Rich Eisen stands by embarrassed to even be on the same show.

I get it. He played for the Cowboys and was a good player, but it's not like he's some football guru or someone who adds value.. I mean, the only show that gives him the time of day is the one-trick pony, Stephen A. Smith.

I have to imagine Michael stirs up a lot of attention when he is out in public and I hope he exercises some caution while doing so. Without knowing anything about what happened during the incident in question I do know there are a lot of twisted people out there looking to hurt if not extort people in the limelight. Hopefully this was a misunderstanding and will blow over for Michael.

He should've never said he had a few drinks and can't remember.
That's likely because he does remember, though...
I'm not saying he's guilty; I'm saying he's a clown. That's two different kinds of statements.
I totally agree, and will presume he's innocent, while also believing he's a clown.

Listen to the interview. He literally says, three times, that he doesn't remember then laughs about having a few drinks. I get the urge to defend him, but he was smashed.

But how much harm can even Mike do in 45 seconds in a hotel lobby? Lol!
Doesn’t take long to disrespect . Could happen just walking by. He was admittedly intoxicated so we can only imagine what he might have said to an attractive type women walking by.

He's just dumb to be in the situation. He's married to boot right? Someone with any kind of level of celebrity today should also know better more than the average Joe. It's a risk for ANYONE to be out drunk in public anymore. It's not worth it IMO.

If an accusation is made the network has no choice, but to error on the side of caution and suspend an employee while they investigate. This isn’t saying he’s guilty but he can’t be left on air while this is playing out.

Irvin said he doesn't know what he said so she's the only one that knows. Until that video is made public, if ever, no one even knows how it took place.

Yep

I’d like to know about if the hotel moved him to another hotel. That’s an interesting twist.

He recalls what he wants to recall . Amazing he remembered the hand shake .
