Whether you agree with rules or not is irrelevant. They are the rules. PERIOD. Follow them or get lost. I don't like the fact my employer only allows me 30 minute lunch but I abide by the rule. It's a simple concept.

Daa -- if so, he's in violation of the law. Where does that put him with respect to the team? It's called being irresponsible. That's how jobs are lost. Nobody is entitled to go against the rules in a civilized and structured society. Entitlement isn't the road to success and never will be. To think otherwise is simply delusional thinking any way you slice it. This explains exactly why Irving's life is in such a screwed-up mess.

He was being paid to show up, practice and play. He didn't do so, even after his injury healed. He owed it to the team.

Does it matter if they have? We all have to live by the rules of our employers whether we ageee with them or not. If he prefers pot over the NFL I have no problem with that - it’s a stupid choice, but it’s his choice to make. But he needs to quit blaming others for his choice.

Where is this kids role model? Father? Mother? Hell even a Vet from the team or NFL. Its sad to see people flush away future over a plant. Kids these days do not realize putting crap up on the internet will screw you in the end. Even worse for a guy like him that will bring national attention to him. What job opportunities will be given to him now ..... Hell with him being so public , I wonder if he would be a Workers comp insurance problem as cant cover. I know my job has people that randomly monitor social media accounts, dont even try to make a fake.


Should it be Legal, yeah it has so many benefits vs negatives. US is slowly coming around on it , hell its legal now in PA , DOc tried to get me to take it .... nope cant because of my job. If a was state or county level I could get away with it .... but Federal it's still banned so Id is **** canned before I could say ***. ******* just put a target on his back and now wont even have the NFL or Jerry to save him.
