Is Dak the only super greedy QB in Cowboys history?

Dak didn’t deserve the contract but since the owner is an idiot he got it. Dak just signed the paper.

I don't understand the thread....Dak being greedy? Well, first blame the front office. They had a chance to sign Dak for much less early on. They chose to wait to see what the QB market would be by letting others sign for outrageous deals with QBs that, in my opinion hadn't done anything more than Dak. Secondly, if your job offered you what YOU thought you were worth and it was a lot more that what that job title said it was after researching, would you take it? OR, would you say...nooo, the haters say I'm not worth that much so, can you offer me less, please?

By page 15, this has devolved into one of the worst threads ever created.
By page 15? Each thread page consists of twenty posts. Let's do a flashback to the number of posts and their responses on a previous page:
  • 6 - Usual Tony Romo and/or Dak Prescott putdowns
  • 5 - Greed topic
  • 3 - Jerry Jones/GM reflections
  • 2 - Confession & observation about an incorrectly used video
  • 2 - Customary pro/con 'Dak fans' commentary
  • 1 - Topic deviation concerning taxable income
  • 1 - Quarterback performance comparison
Five posts were about the thread topic. And the above was page 3. I would say the thread de-evolution started waaay earlier, lol.

The FO did. Dak agreed to a contract extension early on then renegged. Honestly, how do people not know this? Memory issues?

;) You gotta know the thread was posted by a known Dak hater who said the whole team should beat Dak up like Private Pile got beat up in Full Metal Jacket, because of his poor performance. ;) but seriously, by definition it is greedy to take more than you need, if you do so knowingly that it will have a negative impact on others, for example the team. You can blame an idiot, bad poker playing, owner, but that doesn't negate greed. Neither does bringing up any other players, since that is just what-about-ism.

Insisting on short term contracts is the biggest sign of Dak greed. This simply hamstrings the team's ability to make a playoff run, and Dak does not care.

What, Dak GREEDY??? Of course not. That's why he hired Todd France, France is known for guarding against greed! France probably tried to talk the Cowboys out of demanding those ridiculous contracts but the Cowboys just wouldn't hear of it!

Can we just sticky one Dak/Romo thread so we don’t have 300 such threads pop up?

"Mommy, if I continue to obsessively focus on a guy who hasn't played quarterback for a decade here in Dallas, will all the mean Dak critics quit being so mean?"

How did he agree and then renegged? And how do you know this for sure? If he signed, there is no reneg. First I've heard of this and I follow all of their news. And though there's some you can't believe, I've never heard he agreed and then renegged.
