Is Dak unpopular because it is now a passing league?

If our staff and system let him throw the ball he would put up huge numbers. He always has a huge half and then they take a foot off the gas and sit on a lead. Its stupid

We are a run first team, that is the offensive philosophy. It is to line up and smash through with the run to setup the pass. Running the ball, control the ball and the clock and grind it out. That is the basic idea of this offense. I'm not sure what a pass happy league has to do when you base your entire offensive philosophy on being a run first team. Also how does hating the QB for not passing more when he is operating a run first offense make sense?

speedkilz88...those are some killer stats laid upon the table

Funny thing about 'long' passes...the 18 yard route germane to Michael Irvin, is a top route now run by Cooper, and Prescott handles that well now also.

New Orleans has some sick speed, but they won't over power the Cowboys.

Dallas now has some speed as well...and Austin should be added to the mix, very shortly.

Also, the Dallas secondary is now built to handle receiver speed as well...

It’s now a passing league, high flying league. It’s not “sexy” to run the ball. Smash mouth football is dying and the NFL set-up the game with new rules for Fantasy Footballers / Fan Duelers to make it exciting to throw for 500 yards a game and end up with a final score of 54-51.

The new generation of football fans don’t understand the advantage of a power run offense and controlling the clock. So, Dak isn’t popular because he’s not a gunslinger. It doesn’t matter if you win or lose, fans these days just want to see long bomb throws all day and don’t care if they go 0-16 while doing it.
:huh::huh::huh::huh::huh::huh::huh: :huh:

Dak is unpopular because
- he struggles to throw receivers open
- he struggles on timing routes
- he struggles on deep throws
- he struggles to go through progressions quickly
- he struggles to look off coverage
- he struggles to see the mismatch presnap
- he struggles to maintain pocket poise

All of these things are true despite his other good qualities and stats.

But he's a nice guy so the no 1 Sports franchise in the world should suck it up and embrace mediocrity......as Dak is worth it .....why....ask the Dak-Zoids...

These True Dak Facts are pure comedy gold, although I can’t imagine they can go on much longer manipulating just QB Winz and completion percentage. I’m sure Goff has just under the arbitrary 1200 attempts cherry picked out of the air...

Funny thing, pick any quarterback one chooses, and he can dig up enough film to support everyone of the complaints above...fact.

Dak is unpopular because he isn’t accurate and holds the ball too long.

Like I said before ...... not allowed to talk about the real reasons and the evidence ......... so piss off and go imagine a world where the QB's look like you want them to.
Then quit talking about it.
