I also believe Dez is our least quick receiver. Not sure how to back that up with stats...maybe the cone drill numbers?

He's plenty fast and really quick for his size and bulk. Calm down, people. He's been hurt and playing with subpar QBs who don't have enough confidence or ability to give him chances on the outside. He's still one of the best 5-8 WRs in the league. He doesn't win by creating a lot of separation, he wins by catching the ball in traffic and being elusive after the catch.

Dez had elite status after the 2014 season practically everyone had him in their top 5 receivers but not anymore. He's going to have a difficult time putting up a 1000 yards this season. Imagine Antonio Brown came out in the same draft with Dez as a 5th round pick.

Can we find no fault with an offensive scheme that cannot find a way to get Dez involved even though the Giants were doubling him on every snap? Or is it just too easy to look at Bryant- easily one of the five most gifted athletes playing this game today- and say he can't run anymore and he's washed up?

I'm not absolving Bryant of all the blame. He disappears too much for my liking too. But I get a feeling this is a gut reaction to one bad game. If Dez goes off for 150 yards on eight catches next week, and everybody in the NFL knows that can happen, what will be said?

He doesn't have the burst off the line of scrimmage he once had and can't get out of his breaks as quick, it was very noticeable during Sundays game.

He got his big payday, now he is just having fun.
I said we might never get 2014 dez back, some guys get paid and then just relax.
