To be honest I think this is a good move by ESPN. To me Irvin was a beat down to watch on NFL Gameday. What once was the best show by far, lately has turned into a bunch of grab azzing and incoherent laughing, much of which was Mike.

Loved you as a player Mike, but not in the ESPN studio on NFL Gameday, sorry.

Man I am all for this. Irvin, ditka and Young have ruined that show.

I really cant take all their nonsense, any of the three.

Take those guys off the set and jaworski and tom jackson are very good.

I often get the sense that Irvin and Young just don't like each other and there always seems to be this underlying tension; with Irvin having the rings and Young haveing the HOF. Now that Irvin got in, it must be eating away at Young.

Young does have a ring. And I don't think that anything Irvin does keeps Young awake at night.

It's kinda silly to say that Young would let this post-NFLer bother him in the least.

Young has an actual profession to fall upon and Irvin has . . . shiny suits.
Young is articulate and Irvin is a clown.
EAch lives in a different world. Irvin is just an inch away from a life of depravity. Young goes on his way in a dignified manner.

If you are gonna worship a present or former Cowboys, there are plenty of others who have not succumbed to cheap motels, and strippers and crack pipes and residue under the bed and countless trips through the judicial system.
Ellis, Smith, Aikman, Nguyen . . . a flood of names comes to mind.

Irvin was a great player. Lousy, classless human being.

Yes I see his degree has come in handy, Young is very hard too look on the screen and sux on TV Irvin was made for the Screen, Tell Young to take his degree ........It doesn't matter a hill of beans on TV Its called entertainment, and Young has a personality like a peach pit
