Maybe fire Linehan and Rod, and give Jason two new coordinators to put a loose noose around their necks.

Jerry would just hire another retread or Proxy coach. It's rinse and repeat as long as Jerry gets to have fun. He will probably change out Garrett eventually just to keep the fans from totally revolting but it will take multiple 5-11 seasons I am sure.

It will not happen. Garrett and this staff is here through at least the 2018 season. Well Linehan and Marinelli are. Garrett will be here until like 2020 if not longer.
Next year with all on board and the next "secret sauce war daddy wow player" will need to be like 3-13 to get anything to possibly change.

AT this point, I would take ANYONE over Garrett. Garrett is by far and away the worst coach I have EVER seen in my life. Its not even close. Give me Campo!!!!

this team will fight to the end. Fans hate the staff here but I think the players like the staff across the board here.

if we lose its because they are not good enough not because the team doesn't believe in the staff.

if you want to see what it looks like when a team doesnt like its staff go watch the NY Giants. They are a joke and basically just give up about half way through each week. As soon as they are down 6 points or more they just mail it in.

that is not happening here and won't. Again, we may lose but its because they are not good enough.

Doesn't matter. Jerry will never fire JG. He'll cut players before admitting his boy isn't a good coach. Jerry will never admit it, just light the issue with the stadium windows. Saying you made a mistake is a sign of weakness, and Jerry Jones will never admit it. The only hope we have is if JG decides he wants to move to the Front Office and out of coaching.

Have to laugh to think JJ and son would do any better. 1)They aren't interested in a good coach that would take credit from them, and 2) they have no idea who is/isnt a good coach, Jerry has always said "being comfortable" is most important in the coaching hire i.e. someone who lets Jerry be Jerry.

They won't hire anyone better than Garrett, and even if they somehow did, they'd sabotage his chance at any tangible success.

After one game? Certainly not.
Whether some of us like it or not, the team was total team Garrett just last week.

Hell no!! He is a great coach!! You will not win if your backup LT cannot block a backup DE and your Defense cannot seem to function with out their Top LB!! The hold organization lost this game yesterday, I hate losing but it just maybe be another shot in the arm this team needed. I did not like the talk that I was hearing from players after we beat KC, we are good but we are not that good yet, that talk came from the Lee talking about our defense is a SB caliber defense, the front 7 is what he was referring to, not even close, but we are a decent defense when they play which only seems that they can do when Lee is playing. Anyway, Dak needs to stop holding the ball so long waiting for the WRs to come open, that is not going to happen very often at this level, so he needs to flush all the collegiate habits, and he needs to speed up his reads, he needs to keep working on his accuracy and foot work, he needs to spend more time after or before practice with his Wrs so that he can get in sync with them so he knows when to release the ball on deep routes and he needs to understand how to throw guys open. He is a pocket passer that can run, he is not one of those running QBs that everyone keeps trying to stick him as. Chaz Green and any other backup Tackle needs to get to work do their job or move on, our O line is good but we need to have backups that are not far off of being a starter, we should always be drafting Olinemen, and our defense needs to man up and play ball, we will not always have a top LB that knows where the play is going, but on the other hand all of our LBs need to be as astute as Lee is when it comes to watching film, if not find those type of guys . Oh, Jeff Heath needs to be on the sideline and doing special teams only , Jones need to go back to CB and Scandrick needs to go or play ball, maybe he needs to go to safety in Jones spot
