I think he's waiting until the 16th game. Then we will show the league what we really got!

Garrett is in office right now with nobody around and he is talking to himself in slight murmurs, "Come game 16, the world will finally bow down to the red headed genius, Ah- haaaaaaa"!

Here's a scary thought: maybe he's NOT holding back. Maybe this is it...this is all he's got.

I have a confession to make: I am holding back on thoughtful and intelligent posts.

Garrett is a dweeb. Get a OC with some creativity. Not one with that of a tick.

Yeah, damn our number one rated offense!

For the amount of hype that the two tight end formation received during camp as compared to the results it's gotten, do you think JG is waiting for the Eagles game (or even later) to show some stuff?

What we know: The running game is exceptional

What hasn't happened:

All the mismatches it was supposed to provide in the passing game.
The explosion of Martellus Bennett.

Regardless of his play calling, Garrett is clever. If he is holding back for late season surprises, he's playing a dangerous game because it might not matter.

I think there are things Garrett has not ran because of the lack of execution of basic plays. I think as soon as they can get these guys to stop shooting themselfs in the foot we will see more out of the playbook.

the thing is, if he is simplifing things right now, why does he keep abandoning the run? you would think if he wanted to keeps some secrets, and we are running the ball so well, he would just keep running it, until we need said secrets... i don't like seeing our games called like andy reid is here.

Dallas is running the ball more than we have even under Parcells. Dallas is not going to abandon the pass

He's holding what back? His bad ideas, hoping a better one pops into his head?

All I know is whenever I hear the name "Jason Garrett", I have to "hold something back". I'll give you a hint, it ain't a formation. I'll give you another hint, today I had a panini.

im not talking by the numbers on the whole, im talking about in the second halves of games when it has been effective the whole game, and we are still in it, or leading.. the numbers might say we run enough, but anyone watching the games knows garrett doesn't like running when we get into the second half.

I watch the games never miss a single play. Dallas does run the ball in the 2nd half and yes we pass and it will and should remain that way. Dallas is not going to become 1 dimentional that would be stupid and as soon as we do those hollering we did not run enough today will say we did not pass enough. Frankly I'm sick of the 2nd guessing by those who have no clue about playing the game many never set foot on a field but have the answers? Please Garrett has played this game and knows it a hell of alot more than a bunch of never was.

I don't know, but I watched a team last week in which Romo threw for over 300 yards with 0 INTs.

please, don't start the "you don't know football like i do arguement"
a persons experiance doesn't effect their ability to deliver a good point, it might effect the frequancy, but i don't have to go to mexico to tell someone not to drink the water..

ive watched the games, especially the denver game, inwhich we had been running the ball very well, barber especially, and he barely touched the ball in the second half.. when it gets to crunch time, garrett just doesn't run it. including on the goal line.

none of us have to have played the game to know garrett shouldn't have had witten blocking when the game was on the line.. refute someones point, not their experiance.

yeah i watch a team with a QB who throws 300+ games like their nothing, and should be the second fastest QB to 100TDs by the end of this season..
and a LT who consistently shuts down the top pass rushers in the league.

Barber did not touch it because he was having issues with the leg something the coaches would know and you don't. Dallas did run the ball and yes we passed it. You want second guess be my guest that is all most fans are good at.

If you really truely believe Garrett is holding back the playbook i wouldn't hold my breath.
