Is Micah playing the wrong position?

And there is the problem
You can have an impactful player ir an impactful defense
Yes he rushes from DE and stunts and gets sacks but that breaks contain and allows runs and thrn teams run right at him so he tires out and cant hold up
That one sack costs you yards and first downs and eventually the fame against the best teams
So you’d rather give QB’s more time to pick apart the secondary. A big part of why our secondary is so good is the pressure

Not on a run play.

And it's not like Micah isn't impactful blitzing up the middle from LB, with some of that impact as hidden impact he brings through his in play role flex. The impact Woody used to have through his role flexibility was invisible to most people too.
I like him rushing up the middle more but having him not rushing very often isn’t an option. On downs likely to be a run I have no issue rushing him from inside

He is probably best as a 3-4 OLB. TJ Watt. He weighs 6 lb less than him and a few more than LT.

The rest of the team doesn't really work in that set up though so it would be a mistake.
