He has some skills that are tough to coach and some habits that seem to be hard to coach out of him. He has good feet, good accuracy on short, intermediate and deep throws, a strong enough arm and he has the ability to make plays in the clutch.
However, he was not given a reasonable chance to succeed this year due to the lack of pass protection, an inconsistent running game and possibly and undisciplined set of WRs.
Given how few good QBs there are in the league, I think we should hitch ourselves to Romo for a few more years. I would not be averse to begin looking for his replacement via a mid-round draft choice.
